Here are some
Belle in Beauty and the beast
Christine in phantom of the opera
Meg in phantom of the opera
Galinda in Wicked
Those are some
some day maybe!
Jo in Little Women -- mainly because I totally identify with the character. Then again, I would never do it as well as Sutton.
Mark~ RENT
Toby~ Sweeney Todd
Max, Leo, Roger or Carmen ~ The Producers
Charlie Brown ~ YAGMCB
Raoul ~ Phantom
Rod/Princeton ~ Avenue Q
Amos ~ Chicago
Dickon ~ The Secret Garden
Thomas Andrews~ Titanic
Prince Dauntless ~ Once Upon A Mattress
Tevye ~ Fiddler on The Roof
Beast ~ Beauty And The Beast
And I bet I could come up with more
I really would like to play the man in the chair. I always offer commentary about the actors or workshops while obsessively introducing my friends to musicals anyway.
Mimi in rent would be fun too. So much emotion and energy packed into one character would be interesting to play.

oh
I would DEFINITELY be Clara in "The Light in the Piazza"
I can identify with her so much.
I'm the youngest of 6 children and I'm totally overprotected and definitely limited. It's practically my dream role and I'm totally in love with the show.
Just one? Screw that I'm listening them all.
Musical
Charity-Sweet Charity
Clara-Light in the Piazza
Madame Giry-Phantom (French accents are fun)
Logainne-Spelling Bee

It is hard to pick just one. If I was a musical theater actress among the roles I would want to play:
Eponine is "Les Miserables," though I would not mind playing Cosette (I think it would be a challenge) if I had the right voice, which I don't.
Sally in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" (for a fun, light hearted role)."
Lastly, probably, Galadriel in "The Lord of the Rings."

Algernon in "Importance of Being Ernest" and/or a gender-bending production of "Gypsy" with moi as Mama Rose. Here she is boys!
Tobias in Sweeney Todd. I would die happy if I could play this role.
However, Man In Chair would be also a very cool role to play.
It would have to be Christine in POTO. My given name is Christine because my mother and both of my grandmothers loved the story of POTO in one form or another.
I'd like Michael Crawford as my Phantom and Michael Ball as my Raoul please.

Christine
Hard to just pick one, but I'd go with Dot in Sunday in the Park with George.
HANDS DOWN either Elphaba in wicked or Maureen Johnson in Rent!

Any Broadway show: Louise in Carousel
Show currently on Broadway: either Belle (Beauty and the Beast) or Beggar Woman (Sweeney Todd)
Upcoming Broadway show: Mary Poppins
Play: I'm not incredibly familiar with plays, but I think that the role of Emilia in Othello would be interesting to tackle sometime.
I forgot some
Romeo and Juliet-Juliet
and
Roxie-Chicago.

Galinda with a GA from WICKED!
I would also love Penny or Amber in Hairspray!
Elphaba or Nessarose in Wicked
Louie - "Lost in Yonkers"
Brick - "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof"
Dickon - "The Secret Garden"
Tom - "Glass Menagerie"
Eugene - "Brighton Beach Memoirs," "Biloxi Blues," and "Broadway Bound"
I would want to originate a role that has really kick-ass music and a really layered character.
Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney...30 years from now.
If I actually looked appropriate for the role and could sing, Clara from LITP.
