Is Kat Nejat still going on, or are she and Yanura Marin alternating?

I'm assuming they are alternating. Yarina went on last Friday.
Is it just me, or does Yarina look too young to play Anita? I personally thought she looked to be about the same age as Maria on stage, and it bothered me a bit.

Yes, she looked way too young...and it certainly doesn't help that she can't act, sing, or dance either. I don't envy the audience members who have to suffer through her performance. Feel better, Karen!

Yeah, I did enjoy the show, but not as much as I thought I would. I'm hoping some of that was because of the absense of Karen.
And I just realized I got Yanira's name wrong in my original post. Oops.

That's the least of one's worries if Yanira goes on. Poor thing is mediocre at best.

I saw the matinee yesterday and Karen was still out...Kat Nejat went on. Cody Green also was out but his understudy was really good.

Anyone know what the deal is with Cody Green? He's out more often than he's on. This is starting to look like Spamalot OBC.

Awesome! I hope she has a wonderful and fantastic night and that she has fully recovered.
What's with all those understudies though? And seriously, is Cody Green coming back?

Well, I know the Chino is injured. And I believe some Shark girls may injured as well.
Cody Green is really a huge mystery. No one seems to know anything, it's very strange. Though I think his understudy is better, it would be nice to see him back.

YAY for Karen being back!!!! I hope she's much feeling better now. :)
I'm curious about Cody Green too. Maybe he took some proper time off for personal reasons. It doesn't really look like he's injured, or very sick. Do actors really need to inform everyone of taking leaves? I ask genuinely because I don't know how that works. Andrea Burns is taking time off, and that's well known now, so is that something they're obliged to do?

Karen was PERFECT at the Sat. matinee. I was praying she would be back and she was! She came back Friday night, and from Sat's show you would never have known she was out sick for so long!
