I went to see Beanie when she did it and left depressed and was bored for 3 hours, I wanted her to do well, but she kept missing every chance she had to do well. Jane Lynch also didn't help much.
I got tix to see Lea and Tovah and regretted doing so after, maybe even hoped they'd be out so I can get my money back. Thank goodness they both showed up. Lea completely elevates the show to a whole new level. She is absolute excellence, she is in great voice. A thrilling night. I can't believe I went from hating a show to loving it just because of the leading lady. I loved every second.

I am OH SO TEMPTED now to get a ticket for January...both of them should still be there, right?

FYI my TKTS app says tonight’s performance will be 59% Off when the Lincoln Center booth opens at 11. Is she scheduled to be out tonight? Have Lea performances been up on TKTS before????

It's listed as having been on the board recently, meaning Julie's show last night.

Lincoln Center opens at 11 a.m. for tonight's shows, but, as expected, Funny Girl isn't on the list.

Glad it isn't just me. She is promoting herself like crazy, including trying to get a Grammy nomination for her CD. She has lined up a number of gigs, most importantly the Harmony role, but it must be frustrating for her."
She’s an actress. She should be promoting herself.

I didn't say she shouldn't. She has an agent, though, and it might be more effective if she had a P/R person and not just posting on IG and Twitter. I realize that's a money issue, been there.
Someone posted the Thursday show tickets were being discounted, so there is something not working there. She has the best audition tape there is - a real show.

Thursday is the only night that's on TKTS - Julie's night, other than that nightly is selling out with Lea!

Why are left orchestra seats cheaper than right orchestra? I saw this from the mezzanine in the summer, so not sure if something is blocked from view in the left orchestra?
Wonder what they're performing at the parade? I have a feeling it's Henry Street but I hope I'm wrong. The understudy, Ephie, posted about performing there along with majority of the cast and that's the only performance I could think of that includes most of them including Emma.

There's no price difference that I'm aware of. The far side partial view seats through row G on either side and some accessible seats on the left in row G are priced lower, but, other than those, they should be the same. In my opinion, the left is better than the right for this show.
Oh this message pooped up when I selected the seat: "Seats 9, 11, 13 are Wheelchair Companion seats. Seat 15 is Wheelchair Accessible. Waiter service available." So there seem to be 3 companion searts for one wheelchair seat.

Sadie, Sadie has everyone including Nick, Emma and Rose.
Someone posted an audio of Lea singing DROMP last week and she sounds even better. Really such a shame if this isn't immortalized in some way (aside from the cast album). If Sheridan's version on the West End got filmed, I don't see why they couldn't film this one. Or is there a huge obstacle I'm unaware of?

Doesn't the beginning of DROMP have a bunch of the ensemble (and Eddie) surrounding her before they leave and she gets really into it? Maybe they reconceived it for the parade so that they stay in the background?

DROMP is Fanny, Eddie and the ensemble. The GMA presentation didn't even have Jared, but one of the company standing in for him. So, no Nick, Rose, Emma or Rose's friends. Henry Street and Sadie, Sadie are the only songs that have the entire company I believe. I guess we'll see what they come up with when they do it. My sense is, they will continue to promote Lea in DROMP and the others will watch from home.

The reason I think they're performing other songs aside from DROMP is that Ephie (Emma) and Debra (Mrs. Meeker) posted about crossing off another thing on their bucket lists by performing at the parade.

That would be cool for the rest of the cast - I hope it happens. Does sound like Henry Street would be the number - no real star turns, but everyone present. I don't recall Mrs. Meeker or Mrs. Strakosh being in Sadie, Sadie. Also, Sadie has a lot of props.
Totally irrelevant, but I have my Cat Lady sweatshirt on today.

She actually did appear for a few seconds in Sadie, Sadie.
