for all you die hard fans out there, who is behind michelle in the white dress brooke pic?

I'm assuming it's Tracy Jai Edwards. That damn ugly purse Serena has in Omigod You Guys is on the rack behind Michelle.

I was just going to say Tracy Jai Edwards too, because I remembered that "Brooke" and "Serena" shared a dressing room. And then I looked at the dress and shoes she's wearing and recognized the costume.

Yeah - and I know Nikki shared a dressing room with Leslie, so I'm assuming Tracy took Leslie's place in the room and since Nikki's outfits are in that room with her, it'd be Tracy.

Caught the evening show (5/24) and loved it. Michelle was really great as Serena (I've seen Tracy Jai and Lezlie do the role) and she's my favorite so far. Dani was on as the Judge, Casey was the stenographer, and Lindsay did Michelle's track. Full cast otherwise. LBB, Orfeh and Kate were amazing as usual.

Unless we saw two different evening shows, I'm pretty sure Kate Shindle was out and Gaelen was on in her track. She held the last note of the remix better than she's ever held it before, which was quite impressive.

Michelle was fantastic as Serena, she had a really commanding stage presence and was pitch-perfect the entire show.

I find Dani Spieler to be SO annoying. She just seems like the epitome of an understudy to me; she is constantly trying TOO hard in her acting, and her performances are forgettable.

I happen to really enjoy Kate Rockwell although she doesn't blow me away.

just some thoughts :)

According to Playbill.com's cast list, Dani Spieler is listed as Judge/Ensemble, so has she officially taken over for Amber Efe, or is this only temporary?

I think (and can only hope) that the Dani Spieler judge role is only temporary. She has nothing on Amber's belt of that 'bad enough that i'm in a john' and quite frankly, she bores me up there. I'm hoping Amber will be back in her regular track soon.

On another note, Tiffany Engen as Serena was absolutely fantastic. I would love to see her up there more.

I just got back from tonight's show (May 29). There was so much energy among the cast and it allowed for a truly great performance. Michelle was on as Pilar tonight, and she was awesome. At first it was weird not having Asmeret, but Michelle did wonderfully. Her chemistry with Kate, Tracy, and Laura made her performance hilarious and thoroughly enjoyable.

I was there too (May 29th) and you are right there was ALOT of energy and the audience I thought was even more into it then the first time I went. I am so happy I got to see most of the original cast and that no one was out too.

thanks for the review of michelle as pilar, i will truly miss her in the show. would love to hear audio or see a little video of her as pilar. so sad she will be leaving sunday.
dani will be the store manager/judge until beth recovers from her injury.
i agree kate as margot is really enjoyable and does have great chemistry with the cast but no one will ever compare to annaleigh. i cant wait for her to go on as elle woods. now she shares a dressing room with asmeret.
i feel this is one of the shows that the u/s's is very appreicated.

Store Manager/Judge is part of Amber's track though. Stenographer is Beth, which is being covered by Casey Leigh Thompson.

Also, I looked on Playbill the day it was posted saying Danie Spieler was Store Manager/Judge and it still said Amber Efe. It did however list Casey as Stenographer.

just an fyi gaelen Gilliland is leaving on July 6th according to her website- It will be interesting who they can get to cover her full track (Mom, Whitney, Courtney, u/s Paulette, u/s Vivienne, u/s Enid)

FYI....Becky!Elle for both shows this Sunday. It's on her website. It also says her last day with the Broadway company is July 6.

Anyone know who is replacing her in that track (and will be the new primary Elle u/s)??

I believe that Natalie Joy Johnson will be playing Paulette on the tour. I'd put my money on Gaelen for Vivienne(even though she is a better Paulette, the best in my opinion)

love the picture of all three of them.
i think natalie will be a great paulette, and i talked to her at the stagedoor and she was so funny, i hope that rumor is true.
aww i saw becky and gaelen sing together at the broadway boys xmas concert this past year and they sound really remarkable together. sad to see those two go at the same time. i wish becky well on tour, i hope i get to go see her when the tour comes close to nyc. if gaelen thing about being vivienne on tour, that would be awesome.
what a great casting that will be for the tour:
becky as elle, gaelen as vivienne and natalie as paulette.

i wish michelle the best of luck of whatever she is doing next after leaving legally blonde today. it will be so much better if she goes on tour as brooke.

I believe Gaelen is leaving to be in 9 to 5 as is Jessica Lea Patty from ACL.
