LCT has closed membership enrollment.
The cost of a membership is about $60, and the per-ticket member price is $67-$97.

My member ticket in December was $92.00 + $5.75 Service Charge. Total: $97.75

That helps - a terrible worded question that was, ha!

Floyd Collins is part of the Telecharge lottery. Maybe that is an option?
I paid the same for late November, and seats behind me are now going for $301.
Where the savings really add up is if you see multiple LCT shows during the year, including things in their smaller theatres. Also the exchange/return benefits are good. Last year after I read the poor reviews for McNeal, I was able to get my ticket refunded.
If membership opens up again, I recommend making the investment.

Question for LCT members in here. When the presale for Ragtime went on sale were the choice for tix for entire theater or certain sections? Pretty much all performances for orch center seats were sold. Wondering if they’re holding back tix or if members bought them in pre sale

I have found every production holds back tix! Gypsy did the same thing and then boom the best prime center orchestra seats opened up just before starting previews then discount codes arrive! I always wait no need to buy 1st day!

Considering she secured two separate Broadway transfers while keeping most of the respective cast and teams intact seems to disprove that completely baseless accusation you just threw out. It sounds like you have a problem with her, and that’s whatever, but let’s not conflate that with any kind of general consensus."
Don't waste your breath, CoffeeBreak always finds a way to drag anyone they don't like regardless to facts, talent or proof. It's never about the work, only their singular opinion. You're not talking to someone who has an open mind.

I can never plan this far ahead anyway, so that trend is good for me.
And worst case, if I’m priced out this fall, I will just see some of the new stuff I missed on my April trip, catch something off-Broadway, and hope for an extension.
Not every orchestra seat was available. They definitely held many seats back. But there was a fairly good selection in prime areas on all the dates I looked at.

It is kind of strange to see a Lincoln Center Theater show on sale at Ticketmaster but I guess it increases access, hence sales. Be careful though, tickets cost more on Ticketmaster vs. Telecharge.
Examples:
Orchestra J101 271.00 Telecharge vs 298.80 +27.80
Orchestra L305 $301.00 Telecharge vs. $334.80 Ticketmaster +33.80
There’s a handful of $58 tickets for each performance, but they seem to be going fast for the weekend shows.
LCT if you’re listening. There is an error in the lobby of the Vivian Beaumont. On the North side of the lobby, on the 40 years of LCT timeline poster thing on the window, under 1994 it says Audra McDonald makes her Broadway debut in Carousel. This is false. She made her Broadway debut in The Secret Garden at the St James Theater in 1992. I would like to see this corrected by the time Ragtime comes in, don’t let this mistake persist, it’s embarrassing.

….chill.
If the display had stated that Audra had won five Tonys instead of six, people would be freaking out and demanding it be fixed. They should correct the wrong info.

Okay, but 1) it doesn’t say that…
And 2) this is not a forum to get something like that adjusted. Email the LCT team directly or ask to speak to someone at the theater if it’s THAT irksome.

Not nearly as embarrassing as your post.
Also why are you telling LCT through the BWW chat room? Do they not have an e-mail where you can send your demand??
Eleanor from the box office has always been a tremendous help with my linctix. She’s also the sweetest. Shoulder I email them? It’s info@lct.org. They’re very respondent in my experience.

Are you sure? She has hosted Live from Lincoln Center there many times and she's also a graduate. I sincerely doubt that no one has ever pointed out that error? But, if you're sure feel free to email Juliana.hannett@lct.org to point it out to them.

Blow Gabriel is right. Audra’s Broadway debut was as a replacement Ayah in The Secret Garden. Her first Tony was for Carousel, so maybe that’s where the confusion arose when LCT put together the copy.
Any news on who’s playing Evelyn Nesbit? Weird that they haven’t announced it yet. Pretty sure they’re in rehearsals.

Rehearsals begin August 21, per the casting notice.
This week, there is a pre-production dance workshop featuring non-union dancers, though (a not-uncommon practice for the director and choreographer to work some things out before the cast gets in the room).

Errr, yeah, posting in this small forum is the way to correct it. Like you’re so important that LCT follows your online footprints diligently LOL
