Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

WHOA! That looks AMAZING. Every one of them looks simply stunning. I wasn't sold on the idea of Judi Dench as LaFleur, but the way she is standing in that pic is enough to convince me. Every single one of them look just out of the world. Hell, even Fergie looks like a fierce, grotesque, captivating Serraghina. CANNOT WAIT!
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"
Very stylish and stylized - in a CHICAGO sort of way. They do all look stunning!
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)
That's a lot of star power on that stage! Speaking of stage... Marshall is obviously keeping a lot of the theatricality.
As long as it doesn't come off as a filmed stage show, I think it will work.
I was kinda hoping I'd see these same wonderful ladies, even in these same costumes and poses (which are great!), but on location. Like old Roman ruins. I'm not sure I dig the obvious shafts of "theatrical light" shining down on them. Hopefully it won't be too stagy.
I'm looking forward to seeing a movie, not a stage play on film.

Looks great, but I'm confused as to who the 2 characters on the far right are. And if one of them's Fergie, who's that with her...legs open? Still sad this won't be a Javier Bardem piece.
Exciting they actually got all these women in the same room!
I think it looks great, but am willing to bet this is a staged publicity photo and not anything from the actual film.
The two women on the right are Kate Hudson as Stephanie and Martina Stella as I believe her assistant but Im not sure if they've retained the Lina Darling character from the play. Updated On: 11/7/08 at 11:00 AM
A stunning photo. There's a hint of the original set of Follies if you look at some of the detail (the stairs and platforms etc.) . Still not sold on Kidman as Claudia, though. I don't know, we'll see. It's a phenomenal cast of actors. I just hope Marshall can prove that they are all right for their roles.
"Sing the words, Patti!!!!" Stephen Sondheim to Patti LuPone.
I still really wish that nicole kidman and penelope cruz swapped roles. but it does look very good
"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
^^ and I thought I was the only one. I've been wishing that from the start! LoL. But the photo does look amazing and re-ignites my interest in this film. I'm surprised how much Dench and Fergie fit into it all. Hell, I'm surprised I just wrote about Dame Judi and Fergalicious in the same sentence. Whoah.
I love getting a peek, but I think the photo is terrible. I think Cruz and Kidman are perfect for their roles, singing aside. I'm not looking forward to Kidman's "Unusual Way".
