An average Broadway ticket with no discount hovers around 200 dollars with fees currently.  Tickets for $109 and $129 are a steal.  Thank you for the promo code!

forgive me if this is a stupid question, but do we think there are still tickets that haven't been released?

Example - I'm looking at July 30. Very few center orchestra seats available. In the past, for other shows, I've seen this happen and I've fallen into the trap of buying a seat when there don't appear to be many left. Then after several weeks / a couple months, I'll look again and suddenly the entire center orchestra is available. Just this spring that happened to me with Angels in America, Carousel, and Mean Girls. 

I know there's something to do with holding back seats to see what they can sell at premium prices. It just seems like 2 months out they would have released all the tickets?

Anyone have any insight? I don't really want to buy a "bad" seat now if better ones are available later.

Just wait. I doubt you’ll have a problem getting good seats/tickets a few days before you wanna go.

The whole point of premium seating is not planning in advance. Two months before the first preview is nothing. I'd wait. Best case scenario is it is sold out, and the scalpers lose again, like they are with Frozen.

Wait, is it me or is this selling insanely well? I just popped onto Ticketmaster to buy seats, and many, many performances are nearly sold out. Really impressed and slightly perplexed.

I really want Pretty Woman to be this season's Mean Girls. Andy Karl deserves a hit. (Not to mention the rest of the cast!)

I noticed most houses were almost sold out too. Something seems off... The orchestra is full, but cheap seats were available in the mezz for a lot of performances? Hmmmmmmm

it's PRETTY WOMAN. no matter that this board says most of the WORLD knows and loves that movie. 

It has a $10 million dollar advance. Poo-Poo all you want it will be an international girls night out show. Then add Bryan Adams international fans. And the Nederlander is a small theater.

Yep, it doesn't add it. 

Was expecting this to show up on TDF for the first couple of weeks. Went to check tickets and couldn't believe how many they claim are sold.

As far as I know, it works through the end of September.  Are you trying to go buy a seat for later than that?
