The basic take-away of this podcast with a cast member is that, after two weeks of rehearsal, they'd already blocked the whole show and had another two weeks left.
Take with that what you will.

From my experience that sounds like…they’re on schedule? They have an amazing amount of time to run and work things? Not sure what you were getting at…

This isn't community theatre. That is fairly typical in terms of timing.

So excited to get denied tickets through CheapTix tomorrow

The CheapTix tickets for the first two previews were allocated a few months ago (closed on 19 September).

Well, there is no lottery tomorrow or Tuesday. All those seats have been distributed already, so the daily lottery starts Wednesday.

There are two different Cheaptix lotteries on TodayTix, one lottery for the Previews Monday and Tuesday (which was opened and drawn months ago) and one for the daily lottery for the rest of the run.
There are 2 separate listings on TodayTix: the CheapTix lottery for the first 2 previews, which was drawn on September 19, and the CheapTix daily lottery, which starts Wednesday. They probably should have taken down the one for tomorrow and Tuesday, but it's still there, for some reason.

Just following the cast on social media. A few have posted costumes, and one has said the costumes aren't done, not everything is ready, but 'the people are loving it.'

Is anybody from this board one of the lucky 199 attending first preview?

Hi all! I am very interested in securing a ticket for any dates in Dec or January. If you’re interested in selling one please let me know! Bear in mind you would need to meet me in person at the box office the day of the show to transfer the ticket.
Please message me if you’re looking to sell a ticket.
They've added a $1500-2500 per seat benefit performance on Sunday 1/22 at 2 p.m.

Im here now at intermission. This cast is perfect! Never saw a production before, but knew the score and text, its just pretty great - aside from the set.
Daniel’s first solo, Lindsay’s Now You Know and Groff confrontation with his Wife (great Actress) were highlights from Act 1 for me.
Waited on cancellation line tonight. Would have been the 7th ticket, they had 6 total, selling 2 at around 5:30, 2 at around 6 and then a final 2 just before curtain. First Lady had arrived at 10am and others not long after. Was bummed not to get a ticket, but hey ho, life goes on,
