I'm in a very Hair-y (LOL) mood this weekend, but I'm gonna be up in Boston seeing Rent and exploring. I'll just have to listen to the soundtrack on my drive up!!

Some of the cast did a benefit and here is a video from it. It is awesome to hear Andrew and Ato really sing in this video...they are amazing!

Woah, Kacie Sheik is thin. I guess I've never noticed with her baby bump and all.

and wow, Kober can sing. I don't mean to sound so shocked, it's just that we hardly ever get to hear him sing the way he really sings. He is one of the nicest guys ever. I completely love him hehe. I really hope one day he becomes Tony award winning Andrew Kober. :)

Awesome, drama! And you'll be near(er) to me in a couple of weeks!
Yeah, I've been constantly checking the weather because we want to walk Newbury Street, especially since it's close to our hotel (The Milner). I'm looking forward to it. Never been to Boston!

I always thought Kober could sing... I mean, he doesn't get to show it off that much during "My Conviction" since he has to do that girly voice on top of everything, but you can definitely hear it.

I listened to the cast recording straight through again today and I'm completely astounded by the all the amazing music in this show! I can't believe was never exposed to it before - wow!!! I think I re-played "I Got Life" about 12 times, lol! I cannot wait to see this show!

Love the name "Starshines" btw. I know I haven't seen the show yet but can I officially join?

Does anyone know which cast members were at Seth's Chatterbox earlier today? This is the one week where I forget to check to see who's going to be there, and of course the Hair cast is there. *facepalm*

And I was lucky enough to be at Broadway Stands Up For Freedom on Monday, and they sang a medley with Allison and Kacie doing solos on Blowin' In the Wind, and Paris, Andrew, Ato, and Maya doing solos on Change Is Gonna Come. Loved the video from Stand Up For Freedom....and WOW! never heard Paris sing and his voice is beautiful (perfect for Claude) but I still think he looks more like Berger than Claude haha

Paris and Jay seem to sound really great in every clip I hear. If I saw HAIR tomorrow and Paris or Jay were on for Gavin, I wouldn't be THAT upset...on the contrary, I'd be excited to see them perform. Well, my mom is going to call my Grandmother today....
