I have been following Will's ankle's Twitter account. It's on a private setting and Will's ankle is very selective about who it lets in as a follower. Anyway, Will's ankle hasn't tweeted anything since this morning, when it left the following cryptic message: Not awful, considering.
Make of that what you will.

Again, the "Landslide" performance was a spur-of-the-moment idea. It wasn't planned; they said they were just singing backstage between shows and decided to do it. So there was no rehearsal and everyone didn't know the song. So chill.
Well, bidding on the auction definitely put a dent in my moving out plan, but it's worth it. Great cause and a pretty much once in my lifetime experience.
I adore mini-Claude. *love* He's only 3 and knows all those words to the song. Smart, smart little boy.
Hope Will is healing well.

So CHILL?
I was expressing an opinion.
And, again, this was a performance that people paid to attend. This was not a sing-along, rehearsal jam session. In MY OPINION (and I see others join me), it was distracting and I would have preferred that they not do it.
I've attended many concerts. MANY concerts. I PREFER that the performers know the words.
That said, it was a beautiful evening. And I loved it very much.
I was merely expressing my thoughts on a particular aspect of the evening.

My other opinion is the Mini Claude is becoming less and less adorable and more and more forced.
I loved the spontaniety of the original videos.
I loved the natural enthusiasm.
I think the child is talented.
I hope he isn't being forced to perform for a YouTube happy parent.
Again, an opinion.

Posted: 9/16/09 at 3:38pmI always thought that mini-Claude, while adorable, is just a parent trying to get attention.

Maybe the people who didn't know it might better have opted to leave the singing to the women who DID know it...And most of them DID, so it was kind of unfortunate that she who made a spectacle of NOT knowing it became the focal point.
Not a big deal, just a bad choice.

Really random tweet on Will's ankle's Twitter account today:
"He ain't heavy, he's my body."
Does anybody have any idea what that even means?

Namo, you're hill-air-ious.
And Allison was still playing mom/Buddha when I went on Wednesday night, though who knows what'll happen over the next month in terms of casting. There were a lot of new faces in that haggle of hippi.
