After about 20 minutes of waiting for the Sign in page to load, It is now saying my password doesn't match up with my username. Even though that is my correct password.

Given the shape of tdf.org right now, I'm not sure I'd trust that they'd actually send the list to the theater if you bought now.
Actually. Justanothernewyorker, if you want to hear a long boring story, I ordered 3 tickets to OOTI on Friday evening and used my friend’s credit card. Order went through. Got the usual confirm email. Then Saturday I checked the site just to look and there was a message that the card I entered could not be authorized. Order was not cancelled it said. I tried entering my card and clicked Submit. And that’s when the site went down for upgrade. Someone here told me they went thru a similar situation and their tix were at the box office with them sorting out payment later. I called TDF on Monday, Columbus Day, and spoke to someone even though the offices were officially closed. She told me the same thing. The tix would be at WC and I could rectify the payment when the site came back up. And that’s exactly what happened. The tix were at WC and I’m waiting for the site to fix its bugs now so I can re-enter my card. That said, I hope the site works soon!
Not that this helps, but I don’t think anyone on here realizes the scope of the change TDF is undergoing. They’re redesigning their entire ticketing system, which is a mammoth task. I know you’re disappointed they said it’d most likely be ready today, but give them a break. I only know all this from a friend of a friend, and they probably should’ve been clearer or set different expectations. But I’m sure it’ll be ready soon.
I had no luck, constant purple bars loading, on my phone. Got home and checked on my laptop and it worked fine! Try it on a computer. Just got tickets tomorrow for American Son!
