The fact they present Best Play so early in the eve shows how low broadway has sunk and how it's all about crap musicals.

well, they are making us wait for ALL the Leading performances.
And, I'm pretty sure CBS had a hand in the order. The large percentage of those watching, care more about the musicals.

Never work with children or pets. This was the season of children's musicals for sure.

I'd lick NPH….I'd go with David first though if we're being honest.

So bizarre how early best play was presented - before even revival of best play. It was all so rushed.

I liked Sandy. His fuzzy face reminds me of my dog.
Too bad I hate the movie of A Christmas Story. This isn't too bad either. I just hate the movie with a passion.

I would see "A Christmas Story" and originally I rolled my eyes at the thought of it. But didn't Pasek and Paul drastically revise it before it came to Broadway?

I'm not crazy about the movie either, but absolutely adored the show! I probably would have voted for it for Best Musical if I were a voter. You should give it a chance next holiday season! I'm certainly happy I did.
