A Christmas Story was my favorite show this season! I'm glad they chose that song. I was sitting front row when I saw it, so I didn't have a good view of the tapping! If it wasn't a Christmas themed show, I guarantee it would have been a front-runner for best musical.

PIPPIN tickets just became impossible to get for at least a year.

Can the camera crew pick one freaking angle and stick on it for longer than 30 seconds? That was a great performance from a fantastic show, but it was horribly filmed. There's so much happening onstage. The constant closeups of random performers aren't needed. Give us tracking shots and full stage shots, so we can see (mostly) everything!

At this point in the evening, it's refreshing to see a performance of adults and no children (PIPPIN).

Wrong. One child in Pippin.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I do hope that they do some sort of tribute to Marvin Hamlisch. The Oscars did, and I think the Tonys would be even more appropriate.

Cinderella showed much better than Pippin did tonight in their respective numbers.

REALLY loved Patina's performance. Have to say, still don't like Thomas's Pippin.
