ok -- first.. yes.. i was being selfish and wanted it filmed in nyc as well. second, i had heard an evil rumor that just a few shots were being done in ny. did not know they were doing just interiors in san fran.
i'm satisfied (but, anthony -- now you have to let us know when and where you're shooting in NY)!
short and sweet... just saw little shop. loved it. anthony is fantastic. met him after. he signed my rent book. I think I managed to say hi. that's about it....
Did you get nervous? Isn't LSOH wonderful? I really wish I could see it again. Oh well if it ever swings by here again I'll go again. That'd be fun. Glad you liked it. Only one more day after today. Wow.

I've been reading these posts on a regular basis, and I just wanted to say to Anthony that I appreciate you taking time to come here and answer questions as well as share your thoughts and news.
I'm driving down to San Diego tomorrow to catch LSOH. Saw the show when the tour was in LA, but sans-Anthony, so I'm taking another shot.
Thanks again, Anthony, and I look forward to the show tomorrow!
Hey Chrissy. Did I spell that right? Have fun at that tomorrow.

I hope everyone that got a chance to see the show enjoyed it thoroughly-- wish I coulda, but it wasn't in the cards, stars, or any other fate-related devices... (hehe...heh...)
Just wanted to say to Anthony, should he read this, and in the spirit of the final day--
Hope you enjoy your last day with Seymour Krelbourn before Mark Cohen takes over your existence completely* :)
*Note some slight joking sarcasm-- I'm not saying it's bad thing X-P
That is, have fun! Hope all proceeds as planned and well!

I second that. Go out with a bang Anthony! We're all rooting for you. Wished I could be there. Whooohoo! Tell us how it goes.

Not literally. Break a leg though. Have a great time.

Just wanted to be the first to congratulate you on the end of "Little Shop". Although are congratulations in order, or is it more of a job-well-done? I'm not sure of the protocol.
According to the time difference the show should be finishing up in about an hour, so...congratulations! I think.

I think it would be 'congratulations on a job well done', or 'that was a job well done', or something like that..probably not congratulations on finishing the run... (even though I probably read that wrong, but I believe you could say congratulations on the job well done and etc, it would be more odd and possibly impolite with certain connotations to say congrats for finishing the run-- and I'm not saying ti was used that way here, but just in general hehe)
I can assume comfortably that I can wish you a job well done too! (well..I 've only heard a performance...heh..yeah... but it sounded fantastic, so the visual accompaniment, well, I'll base any judgement on that from others raves...)
So... Now it's time to gather up that scarf again, 24/7, eh?
Have *(enter your own thesaurus entry for the word fun because I've said fun to many times and its a boring word to overuse)*!
EDIT: (instead of new-posting, in response to below...) But please let it be known that I fully intended to say them.
I understand completely:) (I know what you meant, knew what you meant, and also understand when the loss of words begins to set in...) You *should* try and get some sleep :P! (and I mean that in a concerned and sincere way, not sarcastic or anything... reading tones and the like are so difficult over the internet... I didn't mean to sound off or angry or mean before--I'm so sorry if I did : (... I really didn't intend to...) Before running off to bed myself, all I'll say is:
*It is known what you meant and I second that motion*

Know what? I've been awake for about forty seven hours. I gave up the search for the right words. But please let it be known that I fully intended to say them.
Edit: Stacey, honey, you didn't come across as being angry. I'm just floopy today. Don't worry, I'll try to get a couple hours sleep before finals start...*sigh*

I will miss my friends in Little Shop very very much. But I am happy that the reason I am leaving the show is a good and fruitful one.
I have to leave for the airport in four hours so I am going to try to get a little sleep. You see, I fly into San Fran and go right to rehearsal. Busy busy busy.
To the different BWW posters who came up to me in San Diego: thanks to all of you for your support. I really could not do all of this without you guys.
Best of luck, Anthony! Here's hoping that you enjoy this experience even more than we enjoy hearing about it. In case rehearsals keep you occupied until we get closer to Christmas, have a lovely holiday.

Hooray that all went well and you enjoyed the run :)
Hope you had a very safe flight*! (And not too much traffic in the safety inspections! XP) (*=checking my clock I realized you must have already...)
Enjoy rehearsals muchly!!!

A bit late, but thanks, Anthony. Hopefully you'll manage to stay in touch with your LSOH friends and that you've got some among the Rent movie cast to keep you company out in San Fran. Love hearing about rehersals and such, the little tidbits about your day are wonderful.
Anthony-I am so glad that you had fun in LSOH and I wish you all the best with the RENT! movie.
