Mostly because my kids keep requesting songs from the cast recordings......Hairspray and The Wedding Singer. Just took my son and niece to see the touring version of Hairspray and we all loved it!
Hairspray really is a good show. i can see why you're still on that high
<--------, See What I Wanna See, and I can't wait for the Spring Awakening cast album to come out. I also want to read the play of Spring Awakening.

The Little Mermaid (workshop)
LaChiusa's "The Wild Party"
The Wedding Singer and SFANW.
After getting my ticket to the Encores! production, I have to say I'm majorly obsessed with Follies.
It's probably not good that I am so obsessed with Les Miserables,
and I have an audition for Beauty & the Beast to get ready for.
and I don't think they'd appreciate some sort of
Madame Thenardier + Mrs. Potts hybrid.
NOBODY wants that.
ALTAR BOYZ!!!!! ( I know that God is where it's at!)
a chorus line
and beauty and the beast
^i listened to the music on my i-pod as i was running the other day and sort of re-fell in love with this show
Right now it's The Last Five Years. Everytime I listen to it it just makes me happy (despite the way the events unfold).
Loving Mary Poppins (surprise)
Legally Blonde and Little Mermaid (the workshop) are getting me MUCHO excited.
Kind of excited for the Grease to kick in when I do it this summer.
Been listening to the RENT Movie Cast Recording over and over.
Saw Mary Poppins three times in one month.
Little Mermaid has me curious/nervous/excited. (even watched the cartoon a few times)
and im really itching to return to Jersey Boys.
I can't get Spring Awakening out of my head. Help!

For me, it's Grey Gardens. For better or worse, it's consumed me.
I Love You Because!
I just happened to pick up the CD last week and am loving it... There's some real talent there!
I have been listening to Sweet Smell of Success for a few weeks now - but I think I am getting tired of it now.
I want to revisit CDs that I listened to once and put down - Wedding Singer and Mary Poppins. I must confess that I didn't like the recordings at first. It's weird, I know, but sometimes I can't stand a CD on the first listen and put it away for a while. I then get it back out and I think it's genius (or I like it). This has happened to me with the recordings of Godspell (the original recording) and Big.
LES MISERABLES (Technically I have been obsessed with thios show my entire life and the spectacular revival has only cemented this as my favorite show ever)
THE WEDDING SINGER- How fun and "AWESOMMMMEEE!"
WICKED
Beauty & The BEAST
EVITA
Lion King
