First off, never had a bad experience . . . I have had extraordinary moments with: Tim Curry (several times) Petula Clark David Cassidy
All right, there were some that were "professional" to us at the stage door: Julie Andrews (although, it was great to see her in person -- but she gave no one any special attention. Not like the others did, at least. And admittedly, there were 100s of us waiting to see her. She had a little dog with her too and security whisked her quickly to a cab.
Shaun Cassidy was professional. Not overly kind, not rude and certainly acknowledged us fans. He was just very serious, not overly happy (at least, not that day).
And we had a "no show" at the stage door at 'Wicked' when we attempted to meet Ana Gasteyer and cast. But, they didn't come out as it was between shows.
Oh! I forgot--Laura Benanti and Amy Spanger were both very nice. Felicia wasn't what I was expecting. I told her she was great in the show, and she said, "Oh, so you're saying I'm good at being a slut?"--only it didn't seem like friendly joking. I know she was kidding, but she came off kind of cold to me.

The entire cast of Little women on Broadway was awesome. We saw it in previews so there weren't crowds around and we talked to the group for like a half hour.
matt caplan when he was in rent. i didnt have a pen and he knew that so i was asking people to use theirs and he just used the last persons he signed. i was like the only person to say thank you and he said your welcome. idk why it was just really nice lol. he seemed very genuine and nice
Ruthie Henshall was my all time favorite. I was speechless and nearly crying ( I am 6 2, I'll let you imagine). She was so nice to me that day.
In my heart, I found the answered dream,
and in my soul I found the song, and in my friends
I found the magic, the love,
the moon up above- they were mine, all mine, all along..!
Oh wow umm Jenn Gambatese-Tarzan Josh Strickland-Tarzan,Flea Market Susan Egan-Cabaret Adam Pascal-Cabaret Entire cast or Hairspray-CArly Jibson,Bruce Vilanch,Mary Bond Davis Montego Glover-Color Purple Beth Leavel Bob Martin Danny Burstein
Julie Hanson Barrett Foa- The nicest guy. Always asks how you are, and really takes the time to sign your stuff, take pictures, and carry on lengthy, intelligent conversations. Megan Hilty Diana DeGarmo Jose Llana
skylar astin and jonathan groff, hands down skylar got on my school's yellow bus to answer questions we had abuot spring awakening, and the two of them stayed out without jackets in the cold after a matinee to talk to my sister and i, even though all they did after was go back inside.
Jenn Gamby (when she was penny in hairspray) The entire cast of ACL were SOOO nice Everyone in Wedding Singer was nice too, especially Laura
But... Maybe they were so nice because I knew people? Haha... Peter Matthew Smith is an alum of Pittsburgh Musical Theatre (as is Paul McGill) and that's how we met Jenn. And my friend is dear friends with Laura Benanti, so I got to go backstage with him to meet her
The entire cast of The Vertical Hour (Julianne Moore, Bill Nighy, Andrew Scott, Dan Bittner and Rutina Wesley). When closing got moved, they were all really concerned about what I was going to do because they knew I had front row center for the original closing.
Vanessa Redgrave.
And everyone who came out the door at Drowsy on Saturday was great. (I say that because not everyone came out. *cough*Sutton*cough*) Beth and Jonathon especially. And Kecia almost got away, but she happily came over when I called her name.
Also, when I saw A Moon For the Misbegotten Eve Best was wonderfully gracious ~ and really seemed blown away by everyone outside wanting her autograph.

Jordangirl, I have to agree with you, Jonathan WAS great on Saturday!
I also have to say that the entire cast of SPring Awakening are total sweethearts...very genuine in thanking you for coming to see their show and supporting them.
Barrett Foa, Avenue Q, 2005. He even signed some old lady's Brooklyn playbill who wanted his autograph just because she thought he was cute, she said...

THE nicest person ever...Stephanie Block. I've never met someone so dedicated to her fans. Plus she remembers me every time I see her.
Then Caitlin Allen of PQ ensemble...I mean, first time I met her she took me backstage...then in NYC she brought me presents. How sweet is she?
Jonathon and Remy of Spring Awakening were very nice as well...Remy asked us if we were on spring break, and I talked to Jonathon a bit about Jen Waldman and how I run her fansite (she's his acting coach).
Brian Dennehy of Inherit the Wind was in a hurry when I met him..and I was kind of in awe to meet him, so I kind of just stood there holding my playbill staring at him. I smiled at him and said "Hi" and he smiled at me until a guy next to me was like, "Didn't you want his autograph?" and I was like, "Uhh...YEAH. Will you sign this?" Anyway, he just kinda laughed and then autographed it for me and gave me a head tilt as he left. Haha.
Megan Hilty was also very sweet when I met her, and so was Jen Waldman. I made earrings for Jen and she was like, "Are you kidding me?!" and she was just so kind.
Hadley Fraser, Marcus Chait, Linda Balgord, Kathy Voytko and the whole Pirate Queen ensemble have all been so kind. You don't have to like their show to know they are some of the sweetest and most talented people in the business.
Jennifer Simard of Spelling Bee was also a pleasure to meet! I mentioned Forbidden Broadway and she started singing "Wickeder" to me as she signed mine and other people's playbills. It was hilarious.
And I have to say...Shoshana is very nice. Every time I've met her she has been very caring, but she's just not the most talkative person. Which I can understand. But she's never been mean to me, and she's been especially nice when I've had presents for her
Julia Murney and Kendra Kassemburm....nicest pair of women i've ever met. at least most broadway actresses and actors are very down to earth compared to well movie actresses and actors... its fun to strike a normal conversation with them. they are just everyday people.
i can't wait to meet Stephanie J Block Ahhh I am going to make her dance lol to Get Your Freak On... this song apparently makes her dance crazy stated at playbill.com lol....
Kevin Cahoon every time I have seen him which is about 20 times! Constantine Maroulis Felica Finley Richard Blake Mathew Salvidar Amy Spanger Gay Marshall Diana Degarmo
