Looking to get a letter to Renee Elise Goldsberry and have never written to this theater before, so not sure how I would write out the address. If it would be Attn: Renee Elise Goldsberry or C/O: Renee Elise Goldsberry."
I usually write Attn: but I don't think it really matters.
Any updates on Hamilton? I sent a gift and a SASE to Reneé, Phillipa and Jasmine back in February, but they probably get a lot of stuff.
Hey BwayinVan, I sent a letter to Jessie Mueller mid April and just heard back from her!!! I got back a signed playbill and personalized note reply on a cute postcard She is so lovely and genuine. I hope to catch the show again late June! Good luck and I'm sure you will hear back in a few weeks.
Has anyone had success with Laura Benanti? I'd love to send a couple things for her to sign at She Loves Me. How about the rest of the cast? Jane Krakowski and Gavin Creel specifically?

I was planning on asking for a cast signed Playbill but did not want to send something and have them request a donation. Please let me know!!
Sent to TCP when Jennifer Hudson was in the show and received a cast-signed playbill with no donation request.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." Anyone have any successes writing to Shakespeare in the Park?

I was able to send my Playbill to Hamilton's stage manager in late December with a thank you letter and request for Phillipa and Oak to sign (they were the only castmembers who did not come out after the Halloween evening performance); it took about five weeks for it to arrive.
I have not yet written to individual cast members, but I have heard from friends and acquaintances that Chris Jackson, Leslie, and Lin have responded, although I imagine it might take some time.
So I saw this address listed on Fanmail.biz for Lin, but I don't know if it's up to date or not. He's leaving in 2 weeks and I won't be able to get a letter to the Richard Rogers in time. Can anyone tell me if this address is up to date for him? If so, I'll mail it there rather than the R.R.
Heads-up: continue to send anything for Lin-Manuel Miranda to the Richard Rodgers Theatre. All correspondence is still forwarded to him regardless if he's in the show or not.
Same with a creative team members of any show. Though they obviously don't go to the theatre their shows are being performed at, all correspondence the theatre receives for them is forwarded to them.
I have actor friends who were once in still playing shows and they still receive fan mail today that the theatre forwards to them.

I'm planning on writing some requests, but don't want to mail anything out if they just send me a slip of paper back.......
The Crucible, Bright Star, School of Rock, The Color Purple, Aladdin, Curious Incident, Phantom of the Opera, and all MTC shows. There could be more or less, but these are the shows I received cast-signed playbills from with no donation request.

@fscmocsgal I sent to Alison Case from Matilda and it took a few months. I used the address given on playbill.com (that's where I get the addresses from). Maybe if you're trying to get a cast signed it might take a shorter time. Hope that helps!

She Loves Me ran out of cast-signed playbills during the latest BCEFA collection period and has not been fulfilling requests since then, and I was told that Matilda never responds when it comes to requesting cast-signed playbills.

Send a package with a letter request and a SASE envelope addressed to the stage manager at the Walter Kerr Theatre. The SASE is exactly that: A self-addressed stamped envelope. Write your mailing address on the envelope and include TWO (2) stamps on it which is enough to cover the cost of the weight of the playbill.

Well, note to self: don't believe all things about fan mail here, since apparently "She Loves Me" DID send out responses in the last couple weeks-- with Playbills that were dated at least before June. So it's always worth a shot!
That said: morgen6202, yes, I got a reply from School of Rock via the stage manager. Good luck if you decide to try to write!
