Hey Judas. Erik the Phantom is in "Phantom: the American Musical Sensation"(by Maury Yeston not "Phantom of the Opera."(by Andrew Lloyd Webber) Same story different version with different composer. in the Lloyd Webber Version is known only as the Phantom. Just for Clarification.
