I wasn't allowed to watch it because I used to mimic the bad behavior of the robot daughter.
If in Heaven you don't excel, you can always party down in hell...
The Larry Sanders Show, I loved every episode!
"she's a small wonder ...
pretty and bright with soft curls..."
that's all i remember. i remember my dad was taping something on tv and accidentally set the channel to the wrong station. small wonder got taped instead and you better believe i watched that episode probably 35 times over the course of a month.
"Popular" on the WB was the gayest, most wacked-out show ever on network TV! Leslie Grossman as Mary Cherry was genius! Loved her running for homecoming queen, vowing to "bring our boys back home" from Vietnam, completely oblivious to the fact that the war ended thirty years ago, handing out free "Miss Saigon" cd's to passers-by! Or when she dyed her hair brown and became possessed by the spirit of "Miss Barbra Streisand, in her 'Funny Girl' phase!" Or when she tried out for "Teen Tartz" (re: American Idol) by lip-synching "Rock Me Amadeus" in a light-up Bob Mackie gown! Or when...
It's out on DVD next month - can't wait!

I miss oh-so-dearly:
Friends
Home Improvement (hella JTT)
Wonder Years
Boy Meets World (although Disney plays old episodes constantly.)
And as stupid and melodramatic as it was...I miss Dawson's Creek.
i quite enjoyed Bagdad Cafe, with Whoopi Goldberg and Jean Stapleton... it kept some of the quirkiness of the original film, except for the fact that Jean Stapleton played an american version of Marianne Sagebrechts character in the film...
although some MAY say that Jean Stapleton shouldn't have played that part because the original character was german, and spoke very little english, and therefore should be played by a german actress...

I definitely miss the Wonder Years, and I am a closet Facts of Life and Diff'rent Strokes fan.
Of course I watched those shows WAY after they aired, I was about 8 at the time...in 199-something. But I love those shows.
There are some older shows that I also love- thank God for TV Land and Nick at Nite!

FYI Quantum Leap season 1 is on DVD (you are not the only nerd).
MASH
and, I'm already missing Frasier...
Grosse Pointe
It was a fabulous show on the WB, created by Darrin Star (of "Sex and the City" fame). It was comedy about what happens behind the scenes on a "90210"-style young drama. Absolutely fantastic. If my memory serves me correctly, they were cancelled before the end of the first season. It's really a pity that it didn't catch on. I loved it. I believe I may have cried when I learned of its cancellation. Yes, I was really that attached to it.
Clone High
Crazy MTV cartoon about clones of historical figures attending high school together. Hilarious writing. They only aired like 5 episodes in the U.S., but I've heard rumor that it's syndicated in Canada. I really hope they put out a DVD. I have 3 episodes on my computer taking up massive amounts of space. But they're worth it.
The Pretender
A super-genius named Jarod has the ability to change professions and identities at whim. He uses this ability to help those in trouble while eluding the evil organization that pursues him. I didn't start watching it until it was over. I think it is still playing reruns on TNT, but it's at like 7:00am, so it's useless to me. Very suspenseful show with a lot of heart. Actually, I didn't care about the separate episode plots as much as I did the backstory of Jared's life that was being slowly revealed. There were two TV movies continuing the plot of The Pretender, which were both filmed by TNT after the show had been cancelled on cable. I really wish they'd been given time to reveal more. It just seems so... unresolved. Very troubling. Still an excellent show.
Friends and Boy Meets World. As far as classic tv shows go I'll say I Love Lucy and Three's Company. I am also a huge Janet Fan :) And as much as I hate to admit it I love watching Murder, She Wrote.
