Actors Fund RAGTIME Concert Officially Happening March 27th! (& in Movie Theaters March 2024!)

I spoke to a real nice guy at The Actors Fund who told me that with everyone’s schedules as all over the place as they are, they’re aiming to do the show early next year as a 25th Anniversary Concert but it IS still happening.
 

So that’s a nice little something to look forward to next year. :)

 

And according to Regal Cinemas, it'll be showing March 13th and 17th!

Great news! I still have my ticket, theoretically! My main hope is that Stokes, McDonald, and Friedman still do it. I'm excited for Kelli O'Hara too, but the other 3 are the main reason I shelled out the money. I'd even settle for just McDonald and Friedman, though I assume Stokes is the least likely to drop out, of those 3.

It’s been like 3 years! But really, if there’s one show I’ll hold onto tix that long for, it’s this one.

Dear god I hope this is real.  I was just thinking about this again the other day.  Even if they cancelled it outright, they’d have to at least notify about refunds/donations.

The website says:

"We are working on confirming a concert date in the first half of 2023, to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the original Broadway production."

Someone on All That Chat posted that their Entertainment Community Fund account now shows a date of March 27, 2023, on their original ticket.

I just checked my account and I'm seeing the same thing: Monday March 27th, 7pm at the Minskoff (as originally planned).

The show is at 7pm and they’re distributing tickets at 6. Sounds like it could beanother sh*t show like with “Spring Awakening”.

I really don’t understand why they can’t just send us electronic tix.
