Question: Will Esparza win for The Homecoming?
BobbyBubby: I hope so. If only for the mental health of many people on this board.

At Kristin Chenoweth's Carnegie debut, I was a few rows back from Rosie O'Donnell. What was funny was that Kristin was using a Polaroid camera to "remember this event" and she took a few pictures of the audience and then asked "Where are the strars??" and Rosie stood up with a camcorder!!

At Chitty, Caroline Rhea was there and is apparently really good friends with Chip. Wickedgeek should have a nice long list to contribute

Wait, are these mainstream celebrities you've seen around Broadway, or Broadway celebrities you've seen in the real world, or both?
If it's the first one, I saw Stephanie March at Chitty. It was the show where the car broke down.
If it's the second, it's definitely more.

To respond to orangeskittles, I would say that it is more likely to find celebrities at a performance than in the real world, if you get my drift, (British accent) nudge nudge, snap, snap, grin grin, wink wink, say no more

I just meant which type of celebrity they meant. Does this mean people can list all the Broadway performers people have seen walking down the street or at Starbucks or something?

I saw Kelly Ripa at Lennon. It was kind of funny, in a you-had-to-be-there way; my friend *thought* he saw Kelly, but it turned out to be this random woman. A few seconds later, there's Kelly Ripa!
