That went much smoother than the sales that I read about last week.

I wish more cast had been announced. 

Friday I got an email from United that after reviewing their routes they were adjusting services for the Fall.  My original plan was to travel to Washington DC where I've never been, see sights, then take Amtrak to NYC & spend 4 days.  Now my trip to DC was going to be 12 hours with 3 flights: YVR-SFO-ORD-DCA.  After looking at other options, I decided just to scrap the visit to DC, and rebooked a direct flight to Newark ( United's hub).  Now I have time to see 9 shows on November.   

I probably would have passed on this show if I hadn't made that change to my vacation plans.

Very excited for this. Seems like a perfect role for Sutton.

Although she’d be great as the Queen, I would have to imagine that Harriet Harris would continue with that if she’s able to and if not they’d try to get a similar name in the role.

I know it'll be long closed by the time of the Tonys but I do hope Urie and Foster are remembered. It's looking to already be a crazy actress category.

Given that Sutton has been nominated for everything but ''Frankenstein'', I think she likely will.

What are the chances of this extending to mid January?  Slim to none? We caught it at City Center, just won’t be back till mid January.

It won’t extend. It is scheduled to close late November and arrive in LA the following week.

First preview is July 31, so rehearsals probably begin any day now. (The casting notice doesn't list an accurate 1st rehearsal date.) So I'm surprised we haven't had an announcement yet.

Isn’t it weird this starts previews this month and we have no clue who is in the cast except Sutton and Michael Urie? J. Harrison Ghee is unavailable doing Midnight in Chicago and Nikki Rene Daniels is doing The Music Man in Pittsburgh. That leaves those roles open, and maybe Harriett Samsom Harris and Cheyanne Jackson will transfer ? Anyone know anything?

Music Man is only until the 14th, so Daniels should be fine assuming she’s coming over. She knows the part already.

It's very weird, chaotic producing.

I know this is not a scientific observation, but the advertising and marketing presence feels extremely thin too.

At this point we shouldn't expect an announcement until next week unless they want to bury it during a major vacation week.

Nikki Renée Daniels reposted an Instagram story of Playbill’s horoscopes that had a picture of a bunch of actresses in costumes along with her as Lady Larken, wrote a caption so as not to be too obvious and added “#Larken 😉” at the end. I assume that means she’s reprising the role.

Not sure why the cast hasn’t been announced. It’s getting pretty close. Any more clues on the Wizard?

Sales for this look pretty light based on viewing random dates on the Hudson ticketing site. Will it even happen? Maybe that’s why there’s been no cast announcement.

I hadnt realized Harriet was the Queen! Millie reunion! I hope she reprises her role!
