Some will travel of course but most of the audience are locals and tourists. Shows are mostly selling out say the Facebook and twitter comments so that's good.

That is good, because as a theatre enthusiast I love seeing shows do well... even when they're not my favorite. The more people get exposed to the arts, the better.

Dear lord that has to be the worst Joseph I have ever seen. And what the heck was the Narrator doing? I have seen UK and US productions and this was worse than a high school production. I had to watch Donny Osmond and Lee Mead to wash my eyes and ears.

I don't know. I thought it looked pretty good except for the bizarre, over-the-top narrator and Clay who stood there looking awkward in the middle of everything. And isn't that pretty much exactly what was stated in the OP's review that started this whole thing?
