Over the Moon made me laugh in a freak-out sort of way.
I thought Diva's Lament was pretty funny. And Christmas Eve's part in "It Sucks to Be Me". It's just because it's so true.
EDITED for stupidity.

Over the moon!
And popular (but I don't know if its so funny b/c of the actual song or b/c of the way that it's acted etc..)
Avenue Q does have so many wonderfully funny songs that, I agree, you can't pick just one. But I will pick my favorite funniest moment:
"I'm going to jump"
"Don't do it!"
"Ok!"

I am surprised noone has still mentioned "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist " !!
I would have to say "Class" from Chicago. Even the French version made me pee in my pants.

Another vote for "A Little Priest." It still makes me laugh.

"The Grass Is Always Greener" -- Woman of the Year (another Fred Ebb gem).
So hysterically funny that Marilyn Cooper stopped the show cold with it and won a Tony for 8 minutes on stage.

Hm. It's a toss-up between A Little Priest and Springtime for Hitler. I'll have to go with Springtime, though, since I haven't actually seen Sweeney onstage, and I nearly died laughing during Springtime.

Schadenfreude - Avenue Q
Spamalot-You Won't Succeed on Broadway
I've never laughed so hard.
the Song that Goes Like This - Spamalot
Dry2Olives, Have you ever heard Elaine Stritch do Keep My Love Alive? It's hysterical. 'Now, he plays where harps are just the thing.' Perfect.
Schadenfreude!
It is funny to see that most of the show you are quoting are less than five years old. Aren't there older song that are that funny ?
Just a thought
mrcacou, There are a lot of comic songs from the past. Dry2olives mentioned To Keep My Love Alive, which is my favorite also. It's from A Connecticut Yankee. Although it was not in the original, it was written for the revival in 1943.
I ADORE to Keep My Love Alive. Brilliant.
Pick a little talk a little

What is the song that the two princes sing in "Into the Woods"? I LOVE that one. Also "Shy" from Once Upon a Mattress and Great Big Stuff...
