Now that I think of it..."Nothing Is To Wonderful To Be True" thanks to Butz's part. I don't remember laughing as hard in a theater as when I heard NBL say "i knew this guy at camp who ate his t-shirt on a dare", because it was so unexpected in such a beautiful song.

I love the Tune Ups in Rent...especially the one with Mark's mom.

The humor not only lies in the very funny lyrics. The humor is also in the fact that the Orchrestra is playing this BEAUTIFUL ballad, than you have these two crude & raunchy women harmonizing over this lovely music with such crude and hilarious lyrics.

ainmama2001 - The song is called "Agony" and I agree, I about died laughing during it the first time I saw ITW.
In not a laugh out loud but an "oh that's funny" sort of way, I love "A Little Brains, A Little Talent" from Damn Yankees and "Ev'ry Situation Has A Sunny Side" from 42nd Street.
"Worst Pies in London" cracked me up the first time I heard it, maybe it's just me.
All of Avenue Q had me dying, and "All About Ruprecht" as well.
I also go along with The Physician (Cole Porter) and To Keep My Love Alive (Rogers and Hart) but I'll suggest another, I Hate Musicals from Ruthless!

All Yazbeck stuff. I'm partial to "Big-Ass Rock" from The Full Monty, and "Love is My Legs" from DRS.
All of Avenue Q, but if I had to pick one, it would either be The Internet Is For Porn or Schadenfreude
'Schadenfreude, huh? What's that some kind of Nazi word?'
'Yup, it's happiness at the misfortune of others'
'Happiness at the misfortune of others? That IS German!'
First time I heard that, I kinda spit out what I was drinking

Master of the House- Les Miz.
In terms of seeing it performed live, not listening to it on CD, I'd hafta say All About Ruprecht, The Internet is for Porn(Trekkie's look to the audience when Kate says normal people don't look at porn on the internet is priceless), You Won't Succeed on Broadway...and soo many from Forbidden Broadway and Musical of Musicals the Musical.
'Just One Step' from Songs For A New World
'Thinking Of No One But Me' from Me And My Girl
'Miss Marmelstein' from I Can Get It For You Wholesale
'Everybody's Girl' from Steel Pier
'Old Fashioned Lesbian Love Story' from the Off-Broadway version of The Wild Party
These are the first ones that come to mind.
Wickeder from Forbidden Broadway. Gotta love it =P

Two of my favorite funny songs:
"A Stud and a Babe" - I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change
"Find Your Grail" - Monty Python's Spamalot, purely because of Sara Ramirez's incredible and side-splitting vocal gymnastics.

I always thought the lyric was:
"Give me a knight that's romantic and long and give me a month to get ready" as opposed to "night"

Now THAT'S funny!
My vote for funniest song goes to...
"Getta Load of Toad" from A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD
