PalJoey, I am so jealous. I already attended earlier this week and I want to go again tonight!!!
Please post your thoughts tonight or tomorrow morning, once you've recovered from the BRILLIANCE you are about to witness tonight. After these rave reviews, the cast will be on fire.
Seeing it tonight as well and anticipating a hyped-up house following the reviews. I just hope the audience will contain itself enough to let them perform the show!
Just remembering you've had an "and"
When you're back to "or"
Makes the "or" mean more than it did before
Try to control yourself PJ, there will be plenty of time to wet yourself later!
Have fun though I know you will. We were in 6th row center and it was truly a star performance and an even tighter cast and ensemble with her. The orchestra is in fine sound too.
Haha. This is what I have been doing all day today. Trolling on YouTube trying to find Bette's replacement because I never want this production to end.

Val, Time is the issue but let me see what i can do over the weekend...

For everyone going this weekend, have a blast! I guarantee you that this night will forever be one of your cherished theatre experiences (I know it was mine). Savor it and enjoy!
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.
Hello, Dolly! starring Bette Midler – review at Shubert Theatre, New York – ‘sumptuous’ This sumptuous Broadway revival proves a great vehicle for returning star Bette Midler!
NY1 -Roma Torre The hottest ticket on Broadway right now is for "Hello, Dolly!" starring Bette Midler. The show officially opened Thursday night. Is it deserving of the hype?
It's perhaps a measure of my great admiration for this superlative production that I didn't even get to Jerry Herman's iconic score. The 23-piece orchestra plays it to perfection. And with the Divine Miss M to sing it, we've got a match made in heaven!
Back where she belongs, Bette Midler took her opening night bow on Broadway. But, that didn't stop her from causing quite the commotion collapses during hilarious curtain call gag at Hello, Dolly!
