I didn't have any trouble.
I'm number 4,000 something in line.
I'm never going to see this play.
I'm currently the 36,000th person in line.
Didn't have any trouble either. Currently 31k in

I was able to log in to one of our accounts but not both. Tried phone - June 2018 still all sold out so guessing they are only releasing for later in the year/2019. Am waiting for online now

The way the secondary market has been going I would honestly just keep an eye on stubhub or tickpick because it has been a pretty common occurrence for tickets to go at or below face value on both sites from what I was seeing...even if the show is showing on Ticketmaster as "sold out"
I waited about 13 minutes to get in, and I went right to April 2019. There were $20 and $40 seats available for weekends in Row F and H in the balcony, but I dithered too much and lost them. I ended up with $40 seats for a Thursday/Friday for Row F in the center balcony.

That seems highly optimistic for this show. If you live in the city and can be at the show on 15 minutes notice, then sure, but unlike a lot of the shows with wobbly secondary markets, this show is solid and popular enough that if a ticket is reduced to full price, people will happily scoop it up.

Picked up two seats for a Saturday in March - row V. Probably not the best seats but I had never tried before and jay logged on and pulled them. Easy peasy.

Just an FYI they seemed to have risen the prices for some prices. The mid range prices are now $85, $135 and $170 per part.

Picked up one of the $40 seats in Balc Row F for St. Patrick's Day next year. We had seats acquired during an earlier ticket release for this May, but returned them due to the price point. Wasn't a fan of the script at all when it came out (read far too fanfiction-y for me), but between the reviews and the comments on this board figure it's worth seeing due to the performances/"magic".

I still couldn’t purchase online bc none of my accounts allowed login. Called and got through immediately. They have a map and I picked my own seats from what was left for June! Upgraded from M off to the side to L right on the aisle! (There were closer rows but either too close or not as centered - nothing in K but I am thrilled with my seats now).
For those willing to buy premium - CALL!! It was awesome.

As an update to my last post, I called twice. First person said June was sold out. Second person figured it out with some help from me. So it is worth calling if you don’t see what you want bc you can basically choose your seats rather than getting their “best available”. I am also a non-local who can’t count on the last minute secondary market - especially the week after the Tonys. Wish I could but never works that way for me.
Good luck all.
Got seats for May 5th 2019, balcony row B, $170. Definitely more than I would have liked to have paid, but it's over a year from now so that helped calm my buyer's remorse.

A couple of things:
1. Is row B too close? I have row F orchestra tickets on the far left aisle, and I can get row B 2-3 seats from center aisle. Which do you all think would be better.
2. Are they still giving full refunds on returned tickets?
Thanks!

For future ticket sales, I think the key is getting into the virtual queue with multiple devices. I ended up with queue numbers approximately 4,000 / 13,000 / 25,000 / 34,000
I used my phone, tablet, and two computers!
I got lucky with that 4,000 queue number and scored two $20 Balcony row H seats for next April!

Row B gives you an amazing view. My head was slightly tilted up but not straining I did see bit of the ~magic~ hat that you can't see from farther back, but I didn't mind. Row F is going to be basically as amazing, imo, so it's up to you if it's worth it, especially if there's a difference in price.
I've posted pictures of my view on my instagram (same username as here) and I also posted my pictures on aviewfrommyseat.com if you want to see for yourself.

I sat in row A on Saturday, and thought it was an amazing seat.

Thank you to everybody who responded. I ended up paying $400 more but I think it’ll be worth it. I know the Row F tickets were good but wasn’t sure if they’d be too far off to the side.
Turns out the Row B tickets are center aisle as well. Seats 2-4.
I ended up switching from Row A Seat 1 to Row B Seat 1. The smallest change, I know, but Row B seat 1 extends out past Row A, so there will be no seat in front of me. I can’t wait! I also had a mini heart attack when trying to return Row A Seat 1 because they said they didn’t offer refund la and I told them that for this show they do allow refunds. I went to the site to just make sure and they had removed the section about returns, causing me to freak out, but thankfully they chat guy responded saying it was their mistake and I was put at ease.

I'm not sure I'd want to be that far away from the action, but to each his own...
