When the show closed its Toronto sitdown, they had four or five Phantoms come in and rotate the last few months of the run. They could do something similar for Broadway, but since it’s closing to save money, I doubt they'll do much…

And as we learned, Drabinsky was getting the money for that from elsewhere.

"I thought of this, too, but if they bring out a bunch of past Phantoms is masks, no one will know who they are."
They've done this at several events now. The people going to these events will know who they are, and they also made an announcement at the 25th anniversary with who each Phantom was.

He's doing two Seth Rudetsky concerts - 2/24 in Scottsdale, AZ and 2/26 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. These were scheduled months ago. He was probably going to leave FG in February before Lea signed on.
As for the video with Hadley, someone on a fan blog mentioned there is a proposed Phantom being mounted for Italy/Greece. He signed off on the video in Italian, so that is a possibility.
My guess is he will be part of the final show - a number of former Phantoms (whoever they can get) show up in their masks, similar to what was done at the end of RAH25 and the BWay 25th.
I just rewatched his video and he doesn't say it's the LND mask, just that he likes the "smile line." Minor point. I think it would be great if he did LND again. The original London version before they began messing around with it.

Was there ever an article detailing all the things changed in the London production? I never saw one.
Obviously the chandelier and proscenium are different as is the orchestra size....but what else?
All these mentions of the London show made me realize I still don't know the extent of the changes there....

I don't know of any article, but you can find lots of firsthand reports here:

Thanks for the link!
Not to be a PITA or anything but...there's a good 30 pages to wade through. Can anyone be nice enough to sum up the things changed?

Here's a Tumblr post that goes over some of the reopening changes (it also includes Broadway). This post compares two London trailers. I thought there was a more comprehensive post on Tumblr, but I can't find it.

Theoretically, he could do some Monday shows since FG is dark on Mondays. I know someone on one of the Phantom blogs said Ben wasn't doing the Mondays and the alternates and swings were filling in.
He's already done 2 concerts and a mini-show in addition to FG on Mondays, why not this?

Although this could have been a possibility, all the Mondays have been assigned already to the understudy Phantoms.
Edit: There is no scheduled performance on April 10th and Paul A. Schaefer told me he won’t go on that night as they planned. So, this does open a special performance date if they wanted to use it. However, performing Tues-Sunday the final week, it may be a day blocked off for the cast to rest.

My bet is still on London.

That theory is the most logical to me except they just announced new casting less than a month ago! They could have announced a short engagement like they did with Earl.
The strangest thing, IMO, is that the Phantom socials haven't shared either of his videos. Maybe whoever runs them has no idea what's going on either, ha!
Based on absolutely nothing, I think so, too.
Yesterday, my friend said “What if when POTO closes, they keep the theater as it is and just do a semi staged “concert” style version of “Love Never Dies” with Ramin for a few months” and I chuckled and then went “hmmmm”.

My guess. Final three weeks “March 25-April 16 “ Ramin returns to Phantom. (It wouldn’t surprise me if Sierra is on the next “clue” next week with an announcement at the end of the month.
I would also LOVE if they were to announce “love never dies” as a semi sit down for a year with Ramin and Sierra. I know they even as of recently have wanted to together. It’s just such a shame phantom and love never dies never did have that consecutive play. I would have loved to see what Ramin and Sierra had once proposed- to have two castings of the five leads play between phantom and LND in tandem so you could go see the same actor as the phantom in both shows. And they would hop between two theatres.

I was (mostly) joking when I said LND would open in the Majestic, but the timeline could work if the Majestic does smaller renovations in April/May, and Ramin leaves FG in May. They could do a short LND stint over the summer then close for true renovations (... then reopen with the "reimagined" POTO).

Unless they're going to get the rug pulled out from under them, Ben and Emilie have already said they're doing the final shows.
Maybe it’s a concert of Love Never Does? Is it out of possibility that they extend?

Doubt they would be bumped. Ramin is still doing FG. I could see a "cameo" on a Monday night though.
they’re fun reads, really.

I always wondered why he doesn’t do more television?
