Well, this would be a ticket for the same price? No clue, always worth a shot, though."
Thanks haterobics for the special promo code. I called Ticketmaster, took 20 minute to get thru, but the person on the line was able to void my earlier transaction so I could place another order with the special promo code.
A few things to note. Once you enter the special promo code for the Waitress poster, you still need to select that option when choosing a seat. You have the option of poster or no poster for the same price. And not all seats have the poster option. I originally had $99 tickets. I had to upgrade to the $169 tickets to get the poster. Hopefully this helps others who are thinking about using the special promo code.

Because she was in Bandstand? Because she maybe wasn't asked to audition? Because she doesn't want to? Could be many reasons that'll keep us all up at night.

She did a show at 54 Below last year, and mentioned her casting in Waitress didn't work out."
In addition to this I remember reading a comment on this board that said she wasn't intrested in replacing. I can't remember which thread it was or the user.
Has anyone ever been at the show for Waitress karaoke? About how long after the show does it start and how long does it last? And do people leave it early or would I feel rude if I'm the only one getting up and leaving early in the middle of it?

It runs about a half hour or so. Many people don't stay at all and leave as it's getting started and some people stay for the whole thing...... but lots of people leave while it's going on. You can leave at any time and not feel embarrassed at all.
Thanks for the info. Sara and Jason hosted tonight and it was a lot of fun, I ended up staying for the whole thing. As did most of the audience, I'm guessing because of the hosts. But yeah, a few people were leaving throughout it so that is fine as well.
A lot of great voices tonight and Sara sang You Matter to Me with someone, plus a marriage proposal at the end!

Yes I think more people stayed than usual.
And If I remember, I think this was the 2nd Waitress Karaoke proposal. (She said YES too).
This one girl Molly Kate Kesner was amazing singing She Used to Be Mine, but I think she was probably preselected. She posted on Instagram that Atlantic Records got her the tickets and Jason was saying he knows her, but they laughed it off as if they were joking, yet they're both signed to Atlantic Records. And they made sure to repeat her name and encourage us to check her out. She has a successful music career if you check her out. Not that it matters if they did set it up, but just an observation.
Jason Mraz will be in Waitress from November 3, 2017 to January 14, 2018. On ticketmaster, it specifically indicates ‘Waitress (NY), with Jason Mraz’ for the performances he’s in.

Thank you, I don't know how I missed that. I was hoping to rush Waitress 1/14, but if it's his last day, that seems like it might be too crazy.
Does anyone think they will change the playbill back to color? I’m really hoping betsy gets a colored playbill.

It’s always been so female centric and with mraz, instead of seeing Betsy’s face plastered on billboards, trash cans, and busses it will be Jason’s. I kind of think that’s wrong, due to the subject matter of the show. Who knows. Maybe they’ll market it with him differently."
I would be shocked if Diane and her team don't already have creative marketing that takes this into account. She's a very clever woman."
Eh. With the new billboard, my worries seem to be coming true.

We finally have a betsy Playbill in color. I’m just still not a fan of that artwork though....

I have to say I prefer the marketing design they had with Drew...
