OMG! Telecharge is not working! I go to select my seat and it won't let me check out! What is going on?
The idea is to work and to experiment. Some things will be creatively successful, some things will succeed at the box office, and some things will only - which is the biggest only - teach you things that see the future. And they're probably as valuable as any of your successes. -Harold Prince

Telecharge appears to be down for all shows. Entire site has crashed.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Does this mean that when it's back up there will be no tickets left?

There is a telecharge virtual queue of over an to get tickets....wow...count me as being surprised by the demand for this...or more likely Telecharge just has poor back end infrastructure to handle demand when tickets first go on sale.
It's a QUICK sales period for something that has been fully happening for a month now, but I guess with a lot of people buying in-week now that doesn't matter as much. It will be a real test of Platt's name value –– though if this Telecharge queue is to be believed, wait time is more than an hour...
I'm very curious about what the staging & physical production will be like on Broadway, AND if they continue with a 20+ piece orchestra.
Telecharge is working for me, although the have no installed a virtual queue with the estimated wait being over an hour. I was able to go in and buy tickets about 45 minutes ago

Nope. This should have just been announced to run until June. Platt isn't a name that will sell tickets. I guess the hope is that this win some awards to help sell tickets."
Obviously enough people want to see Platt where there is an hour queue to get tickets.
For those who saw the show at City Center - is an orchestra seat better for this production or is front mezz better? I usually prefer to sit front to mid orchestra if I can, but I read on the previous Parade thread that there were some things about the staging on this production that would have made front orchestra not very good seats. If I do get orchestra seats, how far back should I try to sit?

How are you in the queue? It's not showing me a queue. It's showing me the normal screen to buy tickets, but when I click "find tickets", it freezes.

I'd say it was mostly due to Telecharge itself crashing all together. Broadway week discount tickets also began on sale today. Couldn't buy tickets to any show at 10am.
