It seems like the front two rows aren't available for purchase so I'm PRAYING that this is for rush. Or lottery, but I prefer rush. Has anyone seen these available? I don't want to be proven wrong but I haven't looked that hard.

I bought my ticket earlier today and was thinking the same thing. I was hoping Rear Orchestra at least would be in the $99 range but no such luck on the dates I was looking at.

I'm really worried that this will break the show. It has to get a lot of hype to really sell out at these prices. I'm the hugest fan of the show but I don't want to pay these prices, especially for not a great seat in a big(ish) theatre.
I haven't gone on to the ticket website - but am curious about Premium and who is going to buy those seats. The show has built fandom, in part, with the MegaSix videos - and if people who record are too far away, then those videos aren't going to attract customers. I think the St. Paul run is going to give the producers more indication of how many tickets they can sell and in what seats. But top price is 81.50 (with fees) (I did look at a couple of nights for Six at the Ordway - and the main center orchestra at top price seemed to be selling pretty well at this date - still over a month away from the run starting. Less expensive seats seemed more plentiful).

It will be interesting to watch for sure. Although I will say that on the dates I was looking at, the theater wasn't empty. I ended up buying First Preview and then figured I'd do lottery or TKTS for future shows.
Has there been a musical thats opened in the last season or two with LOWER PRICES?
While I bemoan the bloated pricing of all bway shows (and refuse to purchase "premuim seats, ever) this looks pretty aligned within "normal" to me, even on the low average side.

Well, I got the "best" $49 seat... I missed on some shows that were affordable at the pre-sale or previews and now can no longer afford to see these shows (like Hamilton, Kill the Mockingbird etc.). I was lucky enough to see Hadestown in previews for $119 in a side prime seat. On the other hand, MR mezzanine seat I got for almost $200 was a colossal waste of my money. So, my Six seat is a bit far, but I don't mind. If the show is excellent, watching it in the cheap seat won't ruin it for me.
Finally found the seats I was looking for. Really wanted front row mezz but every date I looked at was sold out of were dumb American Express preferred BS seats. Finally fond them for a Sunday night that works for me at the end of April. Very excited. I would have liked first row but they just don't seem to be on sale at ALL so either they will be released at a later date at some kind of wild price tag or they are gonna be lotto. Either way, it was to much a risk for me to wait when these were the only mezz center seats I saw.
This is honestly the most I think I have EVER spent on tickets for a show (that didn't have some kind of NAME in it at least) but I have not been this excited for a show so what the hell, treat myself.

I had a different experience. Yesterday I bought four front row center mezzanine tickets for a mid April weekend. They were $149 a piece. All things considered, I didn’t mind paying that. I paid more for Moulin Rouge, for worse seats and a dreadful show. I think we’re all in for a real treat with Six!

That's the same I paid, which is a lot for me cus it was more like 170 after all the damn fees. But I was limited on what dates were available to me cus of work. I think I might be at the last show before Easter Bonnet so do folks know if they find raise all the way up until then? I'd love to get a little something but do they stop the fundraising earlier to count their total ahead of time?

To be fair, the musical is 75 minutes, which is equivalent to Act I of a normal musical and an indicator that it might have a happier home off broadway. Feels like it needed to get to at leas tthe 100 minutes of Come from Away.
Certainly I'd rather not have them add filler for the sake of filler, but I don't think I'd shell out $229 for a 75 minute show. You'd probably even have a hard time getting that kind of coin from the fans of the most popular musicians (with the exception of Springsteen fans who will pay anything) for that length of show.
Will be interesting to see how long the run is. I imagine it will have a lot of initial buzz from the get go, but how long will that last?
I won't pay premium prices for ANY show, but their other prices don't seem out of line. LENGTH of time has nothing to do with entertainment value or quality. What they have to pay in salaries, rent, etc doesn't get reduced simply because the show is short.
I have no idea if it will succeed on Bway. But, I believe, ticket prices in Chicago and Boston weren't lowered from their theater's "normal' to make adjustments - and it sold fabulously well.

I was purchasing tickets tonight for one of the St. Paul performances, and I noticed that Mallory Maedke will be filling in for Abby Mueller for the duration of the run. A note on the Ordway's website reads, "Abby Mueller, who was previously announced to play Jane Seymour at the Ordway, will no longer perform during this engagement due to recuperation from an injury." I'll definitely miss being able to see Abby perform, but I hope for her quick recovery before SIX opens on Broadway!

Oh no! I hope she recovers quickly, whatever it is. Her performance of Heart of Stone brought down the house in Chicago. And her delivery of a particular line that she yells at one of the other queens is one of the funniest moments in the show.

That particular line made me absolutely crack up every time I saw it. Poor thing. She seems to have missed a fair amount of the Edmonton run as well. Hope she recovers quickly.

I'm driving up to see it Saturday so I'll let you know how she does. I adored it here in Chicago and Boston so need to see my Queens just one more time before Broadway
That's too bad about Abby...and with Sam Pauly injuring herself at the end of Edmonton and necessitating an emergency call for Courtney Mack to appear, here's hoping everyone stays healthy in MN.
Does anyone know if Sam Pauly will be back when the show opens on Friday?
I hope Abby the best in her recovery. I saw a Megasix online where they did a concert version because half of the cast was injured. Sam Pauly (I believe) had dislocated ribs and Brittany/Abby were both wearing wraps on their knees. I believe Courtney Mack was flown in during the final week as an extra alternate due to the injuries.
