I've gotta be unoriginal also and say:
A Little Fall of Rain from Les Miserables
The I Love You Song from Spelling Bee
Love to Me from The Light In The Piazza
The Last 10 Minutes from The Last 5 Years
I'll Cover Your (Reprise) from Rent
and
Tell Her I Love Her from Urinetown
Most of these are completely unoriginal but...
A Little Fall of Rain - Les Mis, always tugs
Empty Chairs - Les Mis, I remember seeing this with Jon Lee as Marius and the feeling he put behind it made me cry at the song for the first time
One Day More - Not necessarily to make me cry but does make me *feel*
You Must Love Me and Don't Cry for Me - Evita Revival, Elena Rodgers put so much into it, it was very touching. After hearing Madonna sing these songs and leaving me flat it was brilliant to hear another sing it.
Circle of Life - After seeing the show the memory of how this is performed almost brings me to tears everytime.
Most of The Last 5 Years especially 'Goodbye until Tomorrow/I could never rescue you'
Only the good die young - WWRY
Finally, My Child and Tell Me It's Not True from Blood Brothers. Have me bawling every time. Especially the latter sung over the boys. So so emotive if performed well.

Oh yeah Circle of Life was beautiful to watch. The only good part in Lion King if you asked me. Watched it and cried and then basically fell asleep.
anyways on a happy feeling song. Out Tonight always gets me in the mood to go to a party.
Yes I must say though I do like the show, the opening is the high point and never matches it!
Pretty much all of 'The Light in the Piazza' but specifically, "The Beauty Is," "Say It Somehow," "Dividing Day," "The Light in the Piazza," "The Beauty Is - reprise," "Love to Me," and "Fable."

The last song in Benny and Björns musical Kristina is pretty heartwrenching. The musical will perhaps premiere on Broadway next year. I saw the phantom of the opera on dvd some weeks ago and of course the situation when he receives back the wedding ring is very emotional. I think Edelweiss in the sound of music tears at my heart string in a very nostalgic way (not that i experienced the 50s - but still).
