I totally agree with the Rent ones. Especially "Poor baby" right before Mark and Roger's fight. But right before that after the funeral when they're all fighting and Mimi says, "He was the same way, it was always run away, hit the road, don't commit, you're full of s**t!" Such anger!
Also, Ragtime during "Your Daddy's Hands". "I buried my heart in the ground! When I buried you in the ground."
I'm sure I have a ton more, but these came to mind right away.
Light in the Piazza when Clara says, "Mother, I can't leave you." When Margaret replies, "YES YOU CAN." I get the chills!!
Also....
In Aida after they are found out, Amneris goes to Radames and says, "And did you ever love me...at all?" Chills! Who has not had that feeling in their life?
Totally. The end of Christmas Bells gives me chills as it is, but I love the way that line weaves in with the music (not to mention that Anthony's delivery is amazing).
"And the angels proclaim..." - The end of "Dangerous Game"
"When the candle flickers, and the river bickers, what else can you do but stitch... One more star, one more stripe..." - "The Flagmaker, 1775" from Songs for a New World

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
Well I am a big WICKED fan (yea i know, according to many that makes me a loser...but I believe its a wonderful show :) but anyway, every time I see WICKED, the lyric "Every so often we long to steal, to the land of what might have been, but that doesnt soften the ache we feel when reality sets back in." that gives me chills and the line "I'm not...its the Wizard who should be afraid...of ME!" always gets me, its such a turning point for Elphaba who at first admired the Wizard but then all of a sudden her world is turned upside down.
"...the world can change in just one burst of light, and what was right seems wrong, what was wrong seems right..." ~Les Miserables
"That's why I'm still out there singing. Like that bunny on TV with the battery, I just keep going and going and going. Chasing the music...trying to get home..." ~Jersey Boys

"And if life were merely moments, then you'd never had you had one." - Moments in the Woods, ITW
...There's probably more, but those come to mind first.
""That's why I'm still out there singing. Like that bunny on TV with the battery, I just keep going and going and going. Chasing the music...trying to get home..." ~Jersey Boys "
Yes!! Well actually for me it's that little moment between the end of that monologue and the beginning of who loves you.
Actually it's a lot of moments for me rather than lines. In Rent for instance RIGHT after "the powerblows!!" I just get this huge rush of excitement, especially when David Truskinoff is conducting, he yells this little "2-3-4!" before it goes.
Another moment that gives me chills it the note Raul Esparza hits in Company during Side by Side by Side when he sings "you bring the drinks AND I'll bring the posy" It's hard to explain but it's so magnificent.
There are a few lines from Rent that give me chills but I think most have been covered, some in Aida as well but I can't think of them off the top of my head. And finally in Spring Awakening when they sing "I'm gonna be your bruise"

"Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around."

Wicked-"Who can say if I've been changed for the better? I do believe I have been changed for the better."
And I agree with the "She wouldn't look Jewish at all" one. That song just makes you go "woah" at the end. It's so smart.
"It means nothing to come and sit in a theater night after night and immerse yourself in fantasy, only then to walk out the door and be unchanged in reality. This show will live on in our hearts. I know pretty much every line from Being Alive has already been said, but the one that always gets to me in every version is: "But alone is alone, not alive"

In Piazza, after "The Beauty Is Reprise," when Vicki Clark says plainly...
I know what I have to do.
Followed by that climatic music and dramatic blackout. It sent my pulse racing! When I went with my best friend, she cheered quietly and whispered "YAY! Now they're going to get married!" It just such a powerful line delivered forcefully, but subtly at the same time. Patti Cohenour was too meek and Christine Andreas was blah. Vicki did it just right. It's the turning point for Margaret Johnson.
I have quite a few & some are a bit cliche, but here goes....

"Gonna slam that iron down on my heart Gonna slam that iron down on my throat Gonna slam that iron down on my sex..."

Both from "If I didn't believe in you" from The Last 5 Years.
Actually that entire song gives me chills BUT those two lines the most.
"I'd rater be nine peoples favorite thing, than a hundred peoples ninth favorite thing"
