re: The 2005 Tony Awards Thread

Anyone else noticing how awful the sound system is tonight?

And what was with that horrendous performance from LA CAGE?

Jesse can obviously sing..you know that if you've heard the Rent OBCR. That last note was just a tad bit shaky.

The best part of that performance were the shirts the men in the ensemble were wearing. re: The 2005 Tony Awards Thread

ConvinceMe2 Jess can sing. He was just off in this number. He's human, he was off, no one's perfect.

Tribute? They are singing a song with the lyrics, "You've got no talent"

They could have picked something else.

re: The 2005 Tony Awards Thread

Well, perhaps I should say I don't like his voice. How's that? I didn't like it when I saw rent, I didn't like in in A Christmas Carol: The Musical, and I didn't like it, tonight.
ConvinceMe2 is dead. Long live BrendanStryker!

Yeah, Leslie didn't look too good.

Steven, you thought La Cage was bad?
I thought Les Cagelles were great.

Saw "Spelling Bee" today at the 3 PM performance.

I am still sore from laughing. It is a fantastic, very entertaining show.

Go see it!

That's better. Say you don't like his voice. That's your right. But saying he can't sing just because "you" don't like his voice is just wrong.

I wanna be there! I am soo jealous. I can't believe some of the members from BWW are there! They better give us a 100% full report although we all have better seats than they do...lol

People like you are the reason I'm on medication.

CRAZINESS.
"Goodness is rewarded. Hope is guaranteed. Laughter builds strong bones. Right will intercede. Things you've said I often find I need, indeed. I see the world through your eyes. What's black and white is colorized. The knowledge you most dearly prized I'm eager to employ. You said that life has infinite joys."
