Any idea when josh and Emmy will be leaving the Chicago production? I'm seeing it on February 15th and I'm hoping they'll still be there. I wonder who Joshua's replacement will be.
I really feel lucky I won the lottery a few months back. I might have not had the chance to see joshua.
will they have a Hamilton alternate for the tour?

Really blown away by this cast. Also, so happy for Jordan Donica as Lafayette/Jefferson! He's the current Raoul in Phantom on Broadway, and when I caught him a few months ago, I could tell he had unbridled talent.

Michael is leaving the Broadway cast Feb. 14th. So I'd say around that date.
well damn! I was going to try and get tickets to chicago to see Joshua Henry, I may have to just catch the tour instead. And against Luwoye, that'll be something

"I'm with you. Have tickets for March 23. Saw it in NY when all the original cast left but during that 3 week period that no replacements had started. Was beyond exited to see Henry (and Karen Olivo) in Chicago thinking Id just make it if they had 6 month contracts. Ugh. But happy for everyone on a tour stop - amazing casting! Now all I can do is hope to win a weekend lottery...
Wow!! Great casting. Joshua is sensational as Burr, and Emmy is an ensemble standout. (who might I add was a killer Elphaba standby on the Wicked tour). Excited for both of them.

I'm in the same boat as you. Kinda annoyed. I'm still excited for the show, but me, and the group I'm seeing it with were looking forward to seeing him as Burr. The real kicker is I'm seeing it March 18th, which is only about two weeks after he will be gone.
Super sad to see Josh and Emmy leave the Chicago production because they are both so phenomenal. I've had the honor of seeing Josh 3 times and each and every time his RWIH leaves me speedhless, and I've seen Emmy as Angelica once and her Satsified blew the roof off the theatre. So well deserved to have the role full time.
I thought that Andrew Chappelle might take over a role full time, but it makes sense since he is so valuable at the Rogders.
Rory makes sense because his family on the west coast. I am also thrilled about Jordan Donica. He will be awesome.
Fantastic casting all around! Can't wait to see this cast and the new members of the Chicago cast as well!

Yeah, I'm gonna be there the week after that. Bummer.
Great cast! I hope I have the chance to see Henry's Burr one day. It's not looking likely at the moment, but I'm genuinely so excited just by the mere fact that he's playing that role. Also happy to see Amber Iman on the list. She's been great in everything I've seen her in. I hope she gets to take a shot at Angelica one day, though I'm sure she'll kill it as Peggy/Mariah.
