May I ask when you bought your Company tickets on TDF? I have been checking TDF daily hoping to see Company popping up, so disappointed to know that i missed it.

They popped up on Black Friday. I was shocked to see them, too.

It's a mistake. Passport tickets are for a program to provide low priced Broadway tickets for low-income (and student?) audiences that is part of a requirement for the show receiving certain tax credits. Once they catch the error, they'll reach out to void any purchases made.
I just emailed TDF Customer Service as there is no way to directly speak with anyone. I asked them what PASSPORT is. I just purchased a $20 ticket and now $40 tix are popping up and it says it is for Orchestra or Front Mezz. But based on what is being said here, it is all a glitch anyway.
Why would you email them to call attn to the listing? If you were interested, you could have just purchased your tickets and kept it moving. Now you may have flagged the tixs to be taken down.

Last time this happened it was indeed a glitch, and they removed them and then issued refunds to everyone who had bought them. So if they are indeed an error I don’t think they’d honor the purchases already made.
Does TDF only cancel tickets if it’s a glitch like this? I got tickets for Freestyle Love Supreme this Thursday. I bought them before Tina Fey and Lin were announced. The performance is sold out on Telecharge. Any chance TDF won’t honor the tickets I bought?

You'll be fine. As others have said, the "Passport" orders only get refunded to general buyers if they're put on the main page as a glitch, since it is a special (and important) program of subsidized tickets to reach underrepresented theatergoers.
Hello! I'm a student who just bought a membership and I'm excited to hopefully use it next year. I was just wondering if people had more info about Broadway pricing. I saw someone say that it's $57 for Musicals and $49 for plays. I know for some shows that can be a steal, but, as a student, that's still pretty expensive. Are there ever any better deals on their Broadway stuff?
Their off-Broadway stuff seemed to be better priced and, again, the prices for some of those shows are well worth it, so I'm sure I'll get my money's worth from the membership, but I thought I would inquire.

The Broadway prices don't change between shows and stay pretty fixed unless the entire pricing tier changes (before the pandemic Broadway musicals were $49 and plays $42). There's a good amount of ways to get cheaper tickets, especially if you're a student, and especially if you're looking for shows from non-profit houses as they all have some sort of 30 under 30 program or similar. Depending on the show, rush is also usually cheaper but with the added inconvenience of actually rushing. TDF in those cases I generally use if I want a sure bet on getting tickets or if I know the rush tickets are in boxes or partial view and I'm willing to pay a little more for better seats (no guarantee of course that the tdf seats are in fact better but I've generally found that to be the case).
