Also, side note: what is with Royal Caribbean? So many annoying commercials and awkward product tie ins with their backstage correspondent. Was one year not enough for them to annoy everyone at the Tonys??

Mitchell knew how to build the numbers in the great tradition of Bennett and Fosse.
I liked Mitchell's work on KINKY. And I like his work in general. But this comparison is quite a bit of a stretch.
