I believe that that “on offer” or “offer out” means a verbal or written offer has been made, but an AEA contract has not yet been signed.”Cast” means the contract has been signed and it’s a done deal. I’m sure casting directors are not always consistant with these terms, but they is what I have always interpreted them to mean."
