Early in the run I met most of the cast of Ave Q at the stage door and they were absolutely the nicest group of people. Stood for multiple pictures, signed everything, and seemed really sincere the entire time.

I second the Hairspray cast - especially former Edna Paul Vogt.
I randomly met John Llyod Young last year. He knows my brother so I went up to him and told him my name he was all "Oh, I know you!" even though we'd never met before.
John Schneider after Chicago was a total doll. I was hoping to talk to him more put there was a woman at the stage door who was telling every actor about her daughter the actress so I couldn't get a word in.

We must have different Gods. My God said "do to others what you would have them do to you". Your God seems to have said "My Way or the Highway".

KERRY BUTLER!¡! & the rest of the xanadu cast, they're all soo nice! oh, and Norm Lewis!
"In theater, the process of it is the experience. Everyone goes through the process, and everyone has the experience together. It doesn't last - only in people's memories and in their hearts. That's the beauty and sadness of it. But that's life - beauty and the sadness. And that is why theater is life." Sherie Rene Scott
Cheyenne Jackson Julia Murney and the casts of "In the Heights" and "A Chorus Line" were all very nice.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

Just about everyone has been nice. I don't think I've ever had a "Molly Ringwald"-type encounter. The biggest stars who stick out in my mind as being especially wonderful are Bernadette Peters, Chita Rivera, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Victoria Clark, Anika Noni Rose, Cherry Jones, Julianne Moore, and Donna Murphy.

I feel like it would be easier to narrow down Broadway actors who were not nice. Most of the Broadway actors I've met have been absolutely amazing. I was the most pleasantly surprised about Raul Esparza and Billy Crudup, who could not have been sweeter. Also, I'm always amazed at how the cast of Spring Awakening (especially Groff and when he was in it, Gallagher), being that they are so young, can be so nice to their fan base. Also John Tartaglia, Brian D'Arcy James, and Michael Cerveris are great because they will have a conversation with you.
Felicia P. Fields of the Color Purple I went to go take a picture with her. My batteries died. She so SWEETLY went inside the theatre and came back out with two fresh batteries. I tried to give them back and she refused.
