I would think instead of people having assigned roles they will just be singing a particular song, right?

Rita Moreno is singing "The Wizard and I". Other captions have Amber Riley singing "Defying Gravity," Gabi Ruiz is "I'm Not that Girl (Reprise)," Ariana DeBose is also "The WIzard and I," (?), Isaac Powell is "Dancing Through Life," Jennifer Nettles is "No Good Deed."

I actually like her bangs,for some reason. I've seen pics of Katrina Lenk with bangs too,when she was in Once.
I like the concert,but the pledge drives are always annoying. They've got some good singers on this show. I like Ariana DeBose (sp?)

Despite any qualms one may have with Schwartz’s score, Luke Frazier’s new orchestrations sound fantastic (as does the star-studded lineup of singers). New, but not too different from the thrilling Brohn instrumentation.

I’m enjoying it! Did anyone else catch Ariana DeBose say if she’s lucky she’ll get to sing Wizard and I again? I wonder what she could’ve been referring to? The movie, perhaps?

Yes, I caught that and I was wondering if she was referring to the movie or doing it on Broadway.
Wasn't crazy about "Popular" and I love Alex Newell.

I’d rather just watch those “cool mashup” videos (as Schwartz said) instead of most of this.

Cynthia Erivo sounds so fantastic that I can forgive one of Schwartz's worst lyrics in the show for once ("There are bridges you cross you didn't know you crossed / Until you've crossed"

Riley's Defying Gravity is interesting...
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
