Go to "Settings" in the top Right corner of the page (or Account, then Settings).
Under "Message Board" there will be three options. You want the middle one: "Block Message Board Users"
Type their name in the "User Name to Block" field. Choose the type of posts you don't want to see. Click "Block User."
Their name should then appear under "Your blocks."

Just for the record, "Sutton" sent me a "PM" over a year ago which stated that another poster threatened to kill her and would be banned from BWW forever. This was a total lie which was verified by the moderator of this board. I bring this up again to show posters who are new to BWW the type of person you are dealing with when you read and respond to her posts. I can prove this if ever needed.
"Kad" nailed it in his post regarding her story. Bottom line, this is a horrible incident!!!

I agree, your thread got completely derailed.
For my part, I don't understand why anyone would want to stage door anymore. Between the chances of getting sick and some of the nasty entitled people who haunt the stagedoor, it's not worth it.

Furthermore, could we possibly be witnessing the downfall of Sutton Ross? Probably wishful thinking, but the way she often speaks to other posters on here, and seemingly faces no reprimand from mods, is reprehensible. Definitely is giving teacher's favorite/star theatre kid beyond reproach.
ETA: The amount of likes her posts have gotten in here vs. the amount of likes those scoffing at her have gotten would seem to strongly indicate that the masses in here have had it with her schtick.

Has i not been a tacit agreement amongst us all that the poster in question (I won't Beetlejuice her) is a GenZ fabulist who doesn't actually see all the shows they claim to? Because their 'reviews' are always so, so light on any kind of specificity that I just assumed she created her 'review' based on what was posted before her and vibes.
Like...are we saying this poster is a real person and not just some kind of persona created for maximum impact of derailment? Like...I should consider their feelings and sh*t like that?

I think she's definitely a real person. I just get big "theatre kid who was/is the favorite child in high school" vibes from her, and that it carried into adulthood. And I think, to an extent, the mods also allow that space for her. It's a trope that all adults must lose at some point.
And lest this post get flagged for being disrespectful, let me be clear: The only issue I have with her is the way she speaks to people, for often very little reason, and receives little-to-no reprimand from the mods. And in this instance, it derailed a thread that should be about a very alarming incident, that should highlight a bigger issue among the theatre fandom (e.g. the entitlement aspect of stage door culture).

The only posts of hers I ever respond to are when she is attacking another member. I know quite a few of us have done that with her posts and don't understand why they are allowed to continue to do it.

Those second "likes" are from one of her multiple "burner accounts" that she posts from when she goes too far (even for the mods) and they block her for a few days. And yes it's amazing how many lies she is easily called out on!
And YES -- I always suspected that Sutton Ross = Mockingbird Girl on ATC. Their posts have the exact same condescending tone.
