I'd better restrict myself to musicals or this list would be ridiculously big:

"Dearest Miss Armfeldt, do regale us with more reminiscences from your remote youth." - Charlotte in A Little Night Music.

"I want you to play a young grapefruit."
"Yes maestro... Tell me one thing"
"Yes."
"Am I seedless?" - Mehitabel (Eartha Kitt) in Shinbone Alley.

"Forgive me for livin', but I never read it." - Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man.

"Son of a bitch! YOU STOLE MY BROOCH!" - Leocardia in Hello, Again.

"Well, I think it's time we talked about death, don't you?" - 70, Girls, 70.

And of course, Phyllis' "Bargains, Buddy" speech in Follies. I always wonder why that moment wasn't crafted into a song, but Goldman's dialogue is brilliant.

Suttonfoster, that was just me thinking aloud. I think it's a good line, I just wish I hadn't been expecting it.

With riotous laughter we quietly suffer
The season in town, which is reason enough for
A weekend in the country,
"Night Music"

She's tall enough to be your mother.
"Company"

Most of a Little Priest.

I must just truly be an incurable romantic....I love lots of sarcastic lines, but my favorite has always been the same, since I first heard it in the first show I ever did, "Brigadoon."

"I think real loneliness is not being in love in vain, but not being in love at all."

Both from "Sunday in the Park With George" -

Artists are bizarre, fixed, cold
That's you, George
You're bizarre, fixed cold
I like that in a man

I love your eyes, George
I love your beard, George
I love your size, George
But most, George, of all
But most of all
I love your painting
I think I'm fainting

so many from A Chorus Line; but my favs would have to be during the intros:

SHEILA: I'm Sheila Bryant. Really Sara Rosemary Bryant, which I really hate. I was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. And I'm going to be thirty real soon. And I'm real glad.

GREG: My real name is Sidney Kenneth Beckenstein. My Jewish name is Rochmel Lev Ben Yakov Meyer Beckenstein, and my professional name is Gregory Gardner. Very East Side, and I do not deny it. I'm thirty-two.

CONNIE: Connie Wong. It's always been Connie Wong. I was born in Chinatown - lower east side.
ZACH: your age??
BOBBY: Go on Miss Wong.
CONNIE: Ah... December 5, four thousand six hundred and forty-two. The year of the chicken.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Last Five Years: These are the people who cast Linda Blair in a musical.

Company: I’ve seen an audience of Amys watch a cast of Amys act in a play. Seems there are more of her everyday.

[title of show]: Audiences want to see Paris Hilton in The Apple Tree.

Hairspray: They can keep us from kissing, but they can't stop us from singing!

Fantasticks: It begins with a forest where the woodchucks woo and leaves wax green, and vines entwine like lovers, try to see it. Not with your eyes, for they are wise, but see it with your ears: the cool green breathing of the leaves. And hear it with the inside of your hand: the soundless sound of shadows flicking light.

I'm paraphrasing because I don't know the quote exactly

From Gypsy
Herbie: What do you need me for Rose?
Rose: A million things.
Herbie: I'd prefer it if it was just one.

And from Night Music
To flirt with rescue when one has no intention of being saved.
