Hi Everyone,
I am new here. I posted this question on another message board and they suggested Broadway World as a good reference.
I am planning a bridal shower for a friend who is a huge Broadway fan. The theme will be Broadway. For the music I am planning to make a CD of great Broadway songs about weddings or marriage. They can be funny, serious, romantic etc. and just have to relate to marriage in some way. But I'm not familiar with all shows, and don't want to miss out on some great songs, so I thought I'd ask all the Broadway fans to give me a shout out with ideas and suggestions. So, if you know a great song that should be included post it here.
Thanks!
Jilly

It's already been mentioned, but I definitely just had lyrics to "I'll Cover You" printed on my wedding invitation.

My parents had "Sunrise, Sunset" and "One Hand, One Heart" sung at their wedding... a tradition I will be continuing... that is if a man ever decides they can stand me... lol
i suggest "If I Didn't Believe in You" from Last 5 Years. so good.

for some amusing ones, you could use pretty much anything from "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change"
