That's a big-time get for Dolan.

Talk about a musical getting lost in the vastness that is Radio City. I know they want to sell tickets but such a wrong choice of venue.

Hollywood Bowl is also a vast space for such an intimate show but I’m still going to make an entire evening out of it with my gaggle. Excited!

That…and the fact that the marketing so far does not give the vibe of “ex-lovers”. It feels very “girl and her gay best friend”

He looks terrible in that poster lol

I'd love to see this for Zegler, but he makes a bit of vomit rise in my throat whenever I see him.

I genuinely wonder how Platt’s past comments about Israel will affect how Jewish theatergoers feel about him. Zegler’s too. This character and show are Jewish by nature, so it could affect who’s willing to show up.

I thought that was Michael and Mandy in Dance of the vampires

Aw, me and my gay bestie used to pose just like that before belting out showtunes! Love! I hope they put this image on everything from billboards to shirts to magnets because it's incredibly funny and so oddly forced.
In all seriousness, this should have been the pairing last year if schedules allowed it. Both are incredible singers and beautiful performers, so this is really exciting. The venue is the wrong choice, but considering it's only two shows makes sense. And I feel like this is Jason's small apology for last year's horror with Adrienne and that dude.

I don’t think it’ll be totally sold out, but I feel like the average theatregoer/patron/fan isn’t going to have the geopolitical stances of the actors on their mind when purchasing.
I think people are likely (and rightly so) worried about what’s going on in this country to care about what two film and musical theatre stars care about Israel. If one of them came out as MAGA, then I could see a s#!+$torm, but not about this.

Girl, same. I think Zegler will bring the masses and she could've been paired with any Broadway star/actor. I wish she was. Oh, well.

I agree, but after her Evita, I must see this…

Can't make it, washing my hair.

I feel like there’s an annual major production or concert of this. The years are now decades.

I will look for heavily discounted tickets. Who the hell is gonna go to this. And the Bowl in April could be iffy

It looks like she has him in a headlock and her eyes are glaring "Don’t F this up old man."

The jean jacket raincoat is sending me. I can't stop laughing at this image.

Haven’t we had enough of that inert show that requires intimacy between actors and audience?
Let’s stage it in two enormous spaces. Sounds thrilling.
Im still hurting from the last flop.

Nah, I'm good.

This is just about as exciting as the Warren/Jonas production.

Once again, I guess I am in the minority. Looking forward to this. Mostly because JRB will be directing and conducting.

I’m just not sure those songs justify the space.
