I tried the code using the app, and the price in the row I was looking at (mezzanine section) decreased by $20.

Note that you must activate the offer in your account by clicking on it in Chase Offers. Offer appears to be targeted: I have several Chase cards and one of them did not have the offer, same for my wife. However, when I activated the offer in one account, I still could activate it in the others that had the offer. (AmEx will only allow one offer per cardholder, even if you receive the offer on multiple cards.) And here's the fine print: "Offer expires 12/31/2024. Offer valid one time only."
