What a crapshoot! I had 2 windows in the queue - 1 was far ahead of the other (it is totally random). I got in fairly quickly on the first and it kept offering orchestra S/T and dress circle F; on the 2nd window it offered me seats for Dress Circle B 13-15. Good luck to everyone!
Thanks, Les! Patience makes perfect! Lots of stress and effort just for the OPPORTUNITY to give the Potter machine more of my money. And I wouldn't have it any other way. :)
Looking at daye in feb but this search system is only letting us have seats chosen for us - keep getting extreme side or hestra - wondering if dress circle sold out or should just but the sides......
I'll ask again... it sounds like people today are getting better seats and sooner than I could get yesterday. What was the point of doing the pre-sale if that's the case?
I know the prices are crazy but they are even worse on stubhub. Unless you got an early access code time there are basically no cheap options. I don't count the lotto because that's going to be next to impossible to win.
I save a lot of money on the other shows we see all year long so splurging on this one doesn't seem so bad.
I agree with the pricing though. I got row f for $299 in the orchestra on the aisle, there's no way that should be the same price for row e or so in the dress circle.
If people are willing to spend $199 or more per part, there are plenty of options! And I have to say the experience today was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long for seats, compared to yesterday.

To secure tickets? To get tickets before the public? You could always buy tickets today and return those.
I guess I don't get why everyone is freaking out that $199 is the best out there right now after two verified presales? $199 is standard across Broadway now and there were plenty of tickets available at lower price points before. Look at Hamilton now, the cheapest seat in the entire theater is $199.

Yeah, since everyone would have such divergent real-time opinions on what seat they want... and wouldn't all be clicking and not getting the same ones.
A private lounge for before the show and intermission. The one at the Hudson included a glass of sparkling wine before the show. Also, private restrooms.
Was 17194 in the que and all of the $165 or lower price points were sold out....settled on $199 and was able to find Side Orchestra Row O in July...but I have to agree they are likely going to rack up a minimum of $80 million in advance alone today.
There appear to be plenty of options if you’re willing to spend $199 and up on each part. It seems like the lower priced tickets all sold out in the verified presale.
Try for a half hour to buy tickets. Every time I went to check out, got an error message “sorry, something went wrong”. I gave up. No tickets under $199 price point.
It keeps telling me I can get seats, clicking Pay Now, but then that the number of tickets exceeds the number for one order. Which makes literally no sense. Mind-numbingly frustrating.

Because its not $199 its per part so that is $400 plus the transaction fee and if you insure the ticket another $28. So that is $450 for the show.
