I'm surprised no one has mentioned John Lloyd Young. The fact that he came out after every single show he performed should be enough to put on this list, not to mention how gracious he is to his fans.
Ok, so I've never actually met Jesse L Martin, but... can I put him on my list anyway? hehe. He seems SO SO insanely sweet and just... I can't imagine he'd be anything less than a dream to meet!
I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.
Jon Peterson and Raul Esparza are quite possibly the nicest fellows I've ever met. Jon is incredibly polite and gracious, and Raul is quite adorable, in addition to having the aforementioned qualities. :)
"I am and always will be the optimist. The hoper of far-flung hopes and dreamer of improbable dreams." - Doctor Who
"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables
yeah, Raul totally goes on my list too He's SO nice and easy to talk to!

I would have to say Randal Keith and Michael McCarthy - both from the closing cast of the original run of Les Mis. The Sat nite show (the last show open to the public, since their closing show Sun was by invitation only, to former cast members) -- the 2 of them stayed with a bunch of us till almost midnite, talking to everyone, clowning around, posing for pix. They couldn't have been nicer
Sean Mahon (Seafarer) is a TOTAL sweetheart
And Chip Leonard (also Les Mis) is an angel
You don't go to the dragon without a present - Mark Rylance
Gary Beach, Roger Bart... the entire OBC of THE PRODUCERS, really *lol* Nathan and Matthew were VERY sweet and had us all in stitches each of the three times I stagedoored during their first run and The Return.
David Hyde Pierce Bernadette Peters Stephanie J Block Gregory Jbara Norm Lewis Lea Salonga
I am as green as Elphaba at those of you who have the chance to meet Raul Esparza. Maybe someday. I hear and have heard so many good things about him.
Adam and Anthony at RENT were awesome and so into meeting everyone and thanking us/them and signing.
"TO LOVE ANOTHER PERSON IS TO SEE THE FACE OF GOD"- LES MISERABLES---
"THERE'S A SPECIAL KIND OF PEOPLE KNOWN AS SHOW PEOPLE... WE'RE BORN EVERY NIGHT AT HALF HOUR CALL!"--- CURTAINS
I can't remember anyone who has not been nice. Maybe uncomfortable with a lot of attention, but certainly not rude or anything.
My favorites: Krisitn Chenoweth...the only word I can think is "doll". She is just such a doll. Them History Boys. *sigh* Wonderful and grateful and funny. Barret Foa. Nice guy. Pretty guy.
I mean, Denzel Washington? Gun to my head..of course.
No question about it - Eric Kunze! He is the humblest, most unassuming man in person. He seems to have no ego. A complete surprise in light of his massive talent.
I would have to say Chita Rivera. Her daughter was in "Platinum". I was seeing it in Philadelphia on opening night and she was there. I was in the theater lobby having a coke and she came through the lobby with a small entourage and didn't see me and knocked me down. I didn't see her coming so when I fell to the floor and looked up, there she was bending down over me apologizing profusely! I was like "You can knock me down anytime you want"! She was so sweet. And as I remember, offered to buy me another coke, which I declined.
