The fire escape? That's probably super unsafe and illegal and I don't see Equity ever allowing it anyway.

Shock of all shocks! Saying something that isn't true.
The Savoy Theatre has either 1132 or 1158 seats as the official site is showing 1132 for Mean Girls but bringing up the official site it lists 1158 as well. This would have been very easy for you to check but why would you as it probably wouldn't fit your narrative.
Regardless of the number of seats the Savoy theatre has (and the run there was 4 months, not 3) the point is still valid - It's one thing to sell 1132 seats for a 4 month limited run, but something very different to sell an extra 568 seats for each performance. If this run at the St. James theatre was also only doing it for 16 weeks, they would still have an additional 72,704 seats to sell more than the Savoy did. I was so surprised by how high that was, i had to check it a few times. 568 x 8 perf. per week x 16 weeks.... YIKES.
Even with what little you might have seen or heard from this production - it in no way prepares you for the show itself.
They can always close the balcony, but I think if they get raves, and great word of mouth, they won’t have to. I’m sure they’ll have Nicole do a late night tv show and a morning show. Maybe they’ll perform on the thanksgiving day parade.
I suspect they would do the title song. Nicole has never done anything from the show outside of perfromance. She was quoted as saying (about performing at an outdoor concert)
"She wouldn’t dare think of singing anything from the production in a setting like this. “It’s such a sacred thing we’ve created — visceral, raw … what’s the word? Unhinged,” she says with a hint of glee"

I quite like that she values the work they have done. She does take imusical theatre seriously and knows how much it takes to be able to do the show week in, week out.
Make them pay to come and see it, don't give it away for free! lol
Well whatever it is, the whole ticketing situation on broadway is nonsense. Theres literally no point in buying tickets in advance when these things just pop up on tdf. The incentives are all wrong.
TDF Memberships & programs like TDF Passporr are supposed to be for lower income folks who who likely would not be purchasing full priced tickets at all. The shows hope to benefit by getting people in who will add to good word of mouth. It is more selective than putting out discount codes readily available to anyone. It is a smart move that encourages more community engagement and goodwill.

I assume Caroline will be the option when Mandy and Nicole are out or when Nicole takes time off, the ladies will alternate in the role? But I assume in a normal performance week, it’ll be 7 Nicoles and 1 Mandy.
