I'm obsessed with Kober's videos. And I like the joke. It's something that would be my favorite...bizarre and unpredictable. Not to mention the BOOMS and the WHOAS he does makes it so hilarious.

Kober has the best video blogs. That joke was okay but he was so animated in telling it which made me laugh a lot. I agree those WHOAS were so funny!

I have a HAIR related story I would like to share. I recently went to the dentist and the dental hygienist asked me about my summer. I told her how I went to see HAIR and loved it. She then started singing "Hair" while she was cleaning my teeth. Plus, I also learned that my dentist went to see HAIR as well. So we had a nice discussion about HAIR. I must say this is the first time I was happy I went to the dentist:)

Awww that's cute. Reminds me of when I told my boss that I saw Hair and she got all excited cuz she saw the original production. She's going to the city soon and wants to see the revival because of my obsession!

Has anybody here ever met any real hippies like from back in the 1960s not the 70s or 80s? If so, what was it like? I imagine it would be interesting to talk to them because it was such a free time and a time of innocence, complete and total and utter innocence! If I could meet one I would ask them if it was just like in HAIR, which I bet it was and was the music awesome and what was it like to just be free and play all day and have fun all the time? If anybody has met one could you share with the rest of us what it was like? I bet it was interesting. I am mostly interested in ones who were from back in the '60s but stayed that way to this very day.

Yeah, my parents. Especially my dad. He's still a hippie. My mom not so much anymore, but she keeps talking about how she had all the clothes and stuff and apparently my dad used to wear jeans just like Gavin wears in the show. He still wears a pair of Frye boots he's had since the 60s. He doesn't cut his hair (it's short now because my brother made him cut it for his wedding) and still listens to all the same music and plays the same guitar he had back then. Unfortunately, his dad made him join the Air Force and he got shipped of to Vietnam. Thankfully, he didn't see battle because he eyesight was bad - he worked on the planes. He was VERY pissed he missed Woodstock. But it was just a lot of hanging around, listening and playing music, smoking a lot of weed and just being chill, from what I gather from the stories he tells. Same with my mom. She likes to tell stories about how she used to sneak out to go to concerts and saw Jimi Hendrix and The Who and The Lovin' Spoonful at places in NYC long before they got famous. It's great to hear those stories. Especially after we saw HAIR, my mom went into total hippie remembrance mode.

I'm going to the show tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing Kaitlin!Crissy. All of the understudies I have seen in Hair have been great. This *might* be my last trip to NYC for the summer. I'm excited.

Yeah it's fun to listen to! Especially when a bunch of my parents friends are over and you get them going. It's really cool and enlightening.

Except my dad is nowhere near as hot as Gavin or Will. LOL He's my dad and I love him, but no. It would be a snowy, icy day in hell before he ever fit back into his old bell bottoms!! LMAO

This is late, but it is not Katie's first time as Crissy. I have seen her in the role and I'm pretty sure she's gone on at least one time other than that as Crissy.

And hell yeah, if my dad was like Gavin or Will hot, I'd totally be all like, "Dude! Look at my dad! Look at teh pretty!!" Exactly what Shiloh and the other offspring of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are gonna do when they get older. "Hell yeah. My parents? They're hot."

Of course that would just be more proof that I'm the milkman's kid because I'm totally plain. LMAO

I'm kind of bummed I went to the matinee instead of the evening show now!

Glad that Caissie's okay, and I'm very curious how things worked out. She got hit during "White Boys", so I can only imagine how strange that transition had to be. Also interesting because since Saycon was out, if Nicole covered Sheila, then I assume Chasten was Abe? Like I said, very curious.

Yeah, I really want to know what happened! Because if Chasten got bumped up to Abe, then who was covering the Aretha track? And was Jackie Burns out tonight? Because I don't see how Nicole would go on as Sheila unless she was the only one left, especially since she was already covering Saycon.

So Caissie's ok? I mean, I really don't want her to be hurt, but um, it would be awesome to get a Sheila u/s tomorrow.

Yeah, Jackie called out after the matinee. She was still sick and after doing the show realized she needed to call out.

As far as I've heard from people involved in the show, Caissie is fine and should be back tomorrow, but nothing's officially decided of course.

I wonder how she got hurt during "White Boys". For most of the song it's just the trio of ladies with the rest of the cast sitting around. She(or whoever hit her) must have been really getting down during the "mixed media!!!" part lol.

Yeah i remember in the Broadway.com backstage video she was telling Will to be careful with her because she had fallen off the scaffolding during the dance party. Ouch...
