Has anyone dealt with TDF customer service?
They cancelled an order I'd placed and claimed they emailed and called to inform me but never did. Only reason I found out was because my credit card alerted me I received a refund.
Has this happened to anyone else?

That is weird. Why did they cancel your order? I have never experienced that.

I'm mad that my order history is still blank. I don't see how they still haven't fixed that. It's been weeks.
The site is so much worse that it was. What a botched job! I hope some heads are rolling.

I wouldn't count on it. Currently they don't have *any* Saturdays available, and that week being such a big tourism week it's even less likely to show up.

Tix ARE available for Sat, 7:30. It's odd that the date you are looking at (the default - or after you click on it) are no longer in the list.
TDF has often let postings linger after there are no more tickets.

My TDF seat for CHOIR BOY last night (12/30) was Orchestra Row H Seat 115. Excellent seat. And excellent play.
